Lake Life Awaits with Boat Pier, Beach, Hot Tub, Parking on Paw Paw Lake

Live the Lake Life at Bayview, our NEWLY appointed lake house with a boat pier for your boat, a hot tub, large patio, sandy beach, and large dock on Paw Paw Lake. Steeped in history as a go-to resort area, our home is named in honor of the Bay View Hotel, which once stood on the sandy shores of our bay.

Welcome to our spacious 4.5-bedroom lakefront retreat on Paw Paw Lake! There's room for everyone and everything to enjoy being on Lake Time!

We have a great room with a gourmet-lover's kitchen, spacious dining table, sofa lounge area and big screen smart TV for games and movies. The spacious outdoor patio has a table fire pit, dining area, grill, and brand new hot tub. Our fresh, new, furniture and appliances will make your stay so enjoyable and easy.

Our house comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Four bedrooms have 8 beds accommodating 9 guests. Two of the bedrooms convert to king or two XL twin beds, creating fantastic flexibility. A single sleeper couch and a queen sleeper sofa sleep 3 additional guests, making Bayview the perfect spot for 12 guests.

Relax on the lakeside patio with multiple seating and dining areas, complete with a gas grill. A small wooden gate leads out to a sandy beach where you can ease one of our 4 kayaks into the lake for an relaxed afternoon of paddling.

You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and pontoons/boats, or bring your own boat – a public boat launch nearby and you can moor your boat on our permanent pier. Please let the hosts know if you will use the dock for a boat so they can inform the seasonal dock renters to move their boat.

Our house has a FREE PARKING LOT directly across the street to easily accomodate all of your guest's vehicles.

Explore the nearby attractions, such as the many breweries, wineries and distilleries in the area, the town of Coloma, famous for its Gladiola Peach Festival, Lake Michigan beaches, area golf courses, and the charming towns of St. Joseph and South Haven, which many restaurants, shops and kid's activities.

Southwest Michigan has so many things to choose from, including shopping, bicycling, sailing, hiking, parks, museums, and more.

We're centrally located between many wedding venues, and ideal for wedding guests, couples, and bachelorette weekends. Ask us about wedding-weekend stays and local venue proximity.

Store kayaks on the kayak rack in the back yard. Put paddles under the rack.

The Vrbo is well stocked and has many amenities such as kitchen spices, two fridges, professional gas cooking stove, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, hot tub, outdoor patio furniture, dock, and many more wonder features such as phone chargers. We really enjoyed the four kayaks, life jackets, and outside toys. The lake was shallow enough along the dock for small kids to play. There is an additional parking area across the road in very close proximity. The owners were fantastic communicators. What a wonderful home for our perfect family vacation.

Perfect spot! The house was super clean, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.The only downside was that the dock is leased to others, so there were people walking through the yard throughout the day and even at night, which felt a little uncomfortable at times. Also, if you rent a boat, you aren’t able to use the dock, so that’s something to keep in mind when planning your trip.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time there!

We especially loved the fenced yard with our two year old granddaughter. We brought our 26 footPontoon and the pier/slip was easy peasy and still allowed room to play in the beach area. House was very clean. Plenty of towels for all guests. I would recommend replacing the cookware as there was only one smaller cookie sheet and two smaller frying pans that are nearing the end of their lifespan and one small saucepan. I would also recommend having at least an additional paper towel, napkins and some garbage bags just to get started. I could only locate recycling garbage bags. I did appreciate the shampoo conditioner and shower gel provided. Loved having the commercial fridge for storing beer seltzers etc and a wedding cake!! A second fridge is in the laundry room for all produce, meats and condiments. The BEST part about renting this house is the additional lot the owners have located directly across the street. We parked the boat trailer there as well as our five cars. Absolutely Invaluable with how narrow some of the lots are on Paw Paw Lake!!! Thanks again for a memorable wedding weekend for our family!! I would definitely recommend this place to other families that are looking for a great place to spend lakeside!!!

Lovely home right on Paw Paw Lake, and a great spot for family stays. The host is incredibly responsive, and the house is equipped with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The backyard and dock are cozy and offer a nice place to swim. Loved it!

The property is in great condition and well taken care of. You won’t regret spending your vacation here. Be sure to check out the “Paw Paw Lake Love” Facebook group for local boat rentals at cheaper than commercial price if you’re looking for something larger than the kayaks on property!

The property was immaculate! The house has everything you could need and we were able to have a very relaxing vacation with some family friends. we rented a boat on Saturday and had access to the dock, which was so helpful. The hosts Gina and Keith were great with communication and responded so quickly. I would recommend this VRBO to any family and friends. Thanks for hosting us :) We kept seeing a family of swans throughout our time and the kids and adults loved the kayaks.

This property did not disappoint! Everything was clean and properly stocked! There was a smooth check in process and the major downfall was that we did not want to leave! I wish the bed was more comfortable though.. it was way too firm, otherwise no complaints!

The east side of Paw Paw Lake, where our home is located, gets the most amazing sunset views! We are also conveniently located within 30 minutes of dozens of wineries, breweries, shopping, and the natural beauty of Southwest Michigan.

Our home is newly appointed with all new lake-inspired furniture and accessories. We have a lovely outdoor patio "room" with a hot tub, spacious dining table and seating area and beach access.
