The Perfect Lake Getaway!

Completely redone in 2020 this lake house is the perfect getaway for your family or a couples weekend. This home is located on beautiful Eagle Lake, a 200 acre, all sports lake in Paw Paw, Mi. Whether it’s you and the wife on a weekend wine tour, a snowmobile skiing and ice fishing trip, or a family trip during the summer this cottage is exactly what you are looking for. The view is absolutely beautiful from the open living room/deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy the scenery of the beautiful wildlife including eagles, geese, swan, cranes, and more.

This home has a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a second master suite on the lower level with king bed and a bunk beds and a bathroom with stand up shower. There are two more bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top and the second bedroom has a queen bed and another set of bunkbeds.

The home has a gas grill, a fire pit on the beach, and a private dock. Located 10 minutes from local wineries, 20 minutes to the casino, 35 minutes to ski resorts and within minutes of the snowmobile trails. The pontoon can be rented for $350/day or $1400 for the week.

We had a great stay here! Very clean and recently updated. Loved the yard.. so much space for the kids to run around, great sand beach, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat. We rented the pontoon boat for our entire stay, it was very nice and clean.

The house was very nice. All appliances were updated and in perfect working order. The lake was very nice and not too crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to have our late night camp fires without any distractions. Overall we had a great time with family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this recently renovated cottage on Eagle Lake. The new appliances and well-equipped kitchen made it easy for family dinners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6 and day visitors. The calm, quiet lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and fishing. Our host, John, was responsive and went above and beyond to help with a minor issue. Overall, a great place in a great location!

This house is really nice. The property was fairly private and the location is great. Close drive to Walmart, restaurants and golf courses. The sofa in the family room is kind of small. My biggest issue was that the bathtubs are extremely slippery. I almost fell several times. The host was mostly responsive to my messages, but there were several times it took him a really long time to respond. Overall, he was a really good host. I would definitely recommend this property! We are actually thinking about staying here next year.

Perfect family getaway

Nine of us had plenty of room, even when it rained.Only 3 small issues - not enough paper products - we had to find a store to buy more, and the pontoon was very expensive to rent, and the shared bathroom didn't really have enough space to accommodate 2 bedrooms of people. But the house and grounds are beautiful, and we recommend this place to anyone!

Great outdoor space!

The outdoor space is perfect for younger kids with plenty of beach front and shallow water. Kids had a great time with the paddle boards and kayaks.

Perfect Lake Getaway - Quiet and serene

My husband and I took a much needed quiet getaway for several days. This property is great for an active trip - a beach and lake toys to keep a family occupied, or for a relaxing trip like ours. The pontoon on site is a definite plus. We tooled around on the lake for a couple of days. The area has some unique restaurants, and there's a nice grill if you prefer to cook at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the host is readily available for questions. We'll be back!

Amazing Lake Get Away over the 4th

Our little families had an absolute blast at the “perfect lake get away”. Near the freeway for easy access, but surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors for the “up north feel”! The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed to have a great time! I would highly recommend this place :)

Wonderful Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The host was extremely responsive and communicated well with us. We enjoyed the lake and the bonfire with family. Beautiful lake home! Lots of room for everyone to stay. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Awesome lake retreat!

We loved spending a long weekend in Paw Paw. This was a great space for families who are looking for individual space. We loved all the different entrances to the rooms/spaces. We rented the boat and had a wonderful time on the lake. Late night bonfires were awesome! We would stay again and highly recommend this property!

Perfect lake getaway

This place checks all the boxes for a lake vacation. The house is spacious and nicely renovated, the lake is a lot of fun. We rented the pontoon boat and it was easy to operate and had no problems. We highly recommend this property.

Very beautiful home

This was a very nice home and the property manager was very informative with good communication. It is a little tricky getting in the basement if you're older because of the spiral staircase, but other than that really nice vacation home!
