Welcome to a beautiful condo in the desirable family friendly community of The Villages of Five Points! This bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation. This 2nd floor condo is right off of Route 1 and about 3 miles from Lewes Beach. The Rehoboth/Lewes/Georgetown bike path is easily accessible from the community and Cape Henlopen State Park is a short distance away. Youre never without something to do in this community, whether its play tennis in the community tennis courts or go for a swim in the community pool - the fun awaits you.
If youre hungry, this condo is located right next door to La Baguette for delicious pastries, Arenas for lunch, and Fish On for tasty drinks and dinner. No matter what you are hungry for, you dont need to go far!
The condo is steps away from other restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, or, If youd rather prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily pick up groceries from the nearby Weis supermarket.
The condo boasts stylish and comfortable décor with an open plan living space and a washer and dryer, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends.
This condo is on the 2nd floor, and is accessible by an outdoor stairwell. This building does not have an elevator.
