This spacious four-storey townhouse offers a comfortable and convenient stay in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern accommodation with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Level 3 – Master Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate split-system air conditioner.

Level 1 – Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, smart TV, and dining space.
Level 1 – Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area, offering outdoor furniture for relaxing.
Level 3 – Rooftop Terrace: A private rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying fresh air and outdoor living.

Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary). As this is a four-storey townhouse, Wi-Fi signal strength may vary slightly between different levels of the property.
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Access and Parking
Stair Access: Please note that this is a four-storey townhouse with internal stairs connecting each level.
Parking: One secure private garage parking space is included with this townhouse.

Important Information
Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is just a short walk from the property and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another property of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the property for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
