My stylish two-bedroom apartment locates in the most artistic and cultural area South bank with convenient access to Brisbane CBD and West End. Gallery of Modern Art and the Wheel of Brisbane are within walking distance along the Brisbane river. Keep walking you will discover the fantastic South Bank Parklands with a mixture of rainforest, water, grassed areas, and plazas as well as a large inner-city beach. Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars are everywhere waiting for you to explore.
This apartment is located on level 9.
We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane and features:
- Master bedroom with ensuite and a queen bed.
- second bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 singles)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 living room with lounge and TV
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 1 open balcony
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 secured parking space in the basement
- There is a centralized air conditioning system in this unit.

We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise the impact. Please note that the situation may change over the coming months as the work progresses.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• As our rooms are more susceptible to humidity, a dehumidifier has been provided to enhance your comfort during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
