Perfect relaxing retreat

Awesome stay!

Loved our stay at the lady fish! So close to the beach. And the deck was amazing - nice tropical beach view from up there. The house was spacious, immaculate, and perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed our time there, and it was walking distance to pine ave and other restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Location!

My family chose this home due to the fantastic location near Bean Point and we were not disappointed. The lack of public beach in the area mean you can spend the day on a beautiful beach with plenty of space away from the crowds seen in places like Clearwater. The outdoor living area is incredible and was where we spent a great deal of time while visiting. Will definitely look into booking this property again!

Amazing house!

Our stay at The LadyFish house exceeded our expectations! Great location super close to the beach, very clean and updated! Our favorite part was all of the outdoor dining and seating areas. Great Upper deck that we got to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails by night. Really convenient check in, and was even available early for us and received a text that it was ready for us. We will be back!

Disappointing first impression

We drove over 17 hours and then had to delay our arrival due to the property not being ready…when we did arrive after purposeful delay at their request we still had to sit in our cars for another 20 mins because it still was not ready. This was after the check in time. There was dust on all surfaces, we cleaned most. The listing showed beach access from the back of the property, so it was disappointing to find we had to walk the roads to get to the beach. We didn’t appreciate the false advertising with that. The ice maker was broken with a note to not plug in or try to use. Also, with a family of 5 staying for a week, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, I’ve never been somewhere that the guest has to buy their own toilet paper! The island and beach were amazing, but we were disappointed in the property over all

We understand that you did not have a good time at this very nice home, located just around the corner (500 ft.) from beautiful Bean Point Beach. We are very sorry that you ended up with a slightly late check-in and this happened to you after your long drive. We try very hard to have all our properties ready on time on the day of check in. On a rare occasion our cleaners run late. Do let us know next time if you don't find the property where you stay in perfect shape. We can always request the cleaning team to come back. If you would please let us know where you saw that the property has beach access from the back of the property? We can't find that listed anywhere. Since we started managing the property, we have had over 60 guests and never had any other guest thinking that. We would never advertise anything but the facts about a property we manage. As discussed, when we checked in on you the second day of your stay, The Lady Fish has a bar area in the kitchen with a small ice maker. At the present time the owners are not replacing it since their oversized, stainless-steel refrigerator has a large capacity ice maker that works great. The bar ice maker was a bonus. As mentioned in our Welcome Letter, we start you out with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of bath tissue in each bathroom. You are responsible to resupply as you need. There is a Publix Supermarket on the Island as well as Dollar Tree (small sizes), Walgreen's and CVS Pharmacy along with several convenience stores. We are hoping you will let us help you find a more suitable property for your next Island stay. Please let us know when you would like to come back to AMI as we offer a Return Guest discount? Charming Beach Getaway

The house was charming and the covered patio is actually pretty spectacular. I spent my mornings having my coffee on the upper deck listening to the birds. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and only a few minutes from the beach.

Great Location/Needs Upgrades

The location of the home was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. However, I certainly wouldn't consider the home as comfortable or newly renovated. I don't want to pick the property apart, it is simply at the bottom in for the price point. The mattress in the master bedroom and the air conditioning would prevent us from recommending the property. The unit was in working condition and we did not call anyone since the "rules" clearly state 75 degrees with 85 upon leaving. This was posted in multiple places.

We will pass along the comment about the master bedroom mattress to the owners of this property. We wish you would have consulted us about the AC if you were uncomfortable - we would have proposed a solution. In our Duncan book, at the property, we ask you to not set the temperature gauge below 75 with the humidistat at ON and when you leave, set the temperature to 80 with the humidistat to 60% (if applicable). Very nice house with lots of outdoor living space.

House was very well equipped from the kitchen to outdoor furniture. 5 minute walk to the beach via Beach path just around he corner. Crows nest overlooks spacious lawn and garden that’s fronts the beach. This lawn is not accessible to Beach but very nice to look at and enjoy. You can hear the waves from the house. Would highly recommend.
