What a wonderful stay. The location was amazing and having access to a stunning (and stunningly clean) pool were our favorite things. The unit was perfectly stocked and we thought it completely charming that there was even a plastic carafe to be able to enjoy wine by the pool. We especially appreciated that this unit was also close to the other that we secured for the week.The host team was responsive and helpful and we truly had a great week-long stay at the Marquee Uptown. Great location, clean apartment

Nice place in a convenient location, very clean with good linens and plenty of towels.Kitchen has the basics, but limited utensils and dishes if you want to cook all meals. Coffee bar was out of service when we visited.Note that apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.

Convenient and Comfortable in Houston

All was well with our stay in Houston. Hosts communicated well (at times I wished for a consolidated email or text rather than multiples). They did make sure we had all the info we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were a bit dated but clean. Would recommend.

Great location, clean and practical

The apartment is located within 3 minutes walk of gallaria and within easy walking distances to local restaurants. On arrival, check-in was easy and apartment was clean. It is somewhat dated but met all our requirements, and would stay here again. The pool area is great and very peaceful to relax around. Communication with manager was great though we did not need to get in touch, we were informed on everything that was relevant.

Seamless Experience in a Convenient Location

From check-in to check-out, the process was extremely smooth. Communication with the property manager was effortless and without any issues. While the property itself is a bit dated, it was kept very clean. The pool water was crystal clear, and I was able to use the laundry facilities without ever having to wait. Above all, the location’s convenience stood out. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent staff. Excellent location. Nice quarters

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Check-in and check-out instructions were excellent. Walking distance to the Galleria and close to many nice restaurants. Property was nice with beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. We were a little disappointed that there was no local TV and we were not able to watch the Astros in the playoffs but who needs TV on vacation?? It was a very nice week. Thanks.

Thank you, Stephanie. I'm so sorry about the TV. There is a way to watch live TV if you have a cable provider. It's a little complicated, but it can be done on Roku, which we do provide. We love that this is your second visit with us. Next time, I will try to help with the ball games or live tv in person when you arrive. It an be done. Thanks again for your second visit! I had very difficult time to check in and access my unit. No one in the property to assist. I got stuck in outside the property for five hours to get access to my unit. I had terrible experience with my stand. Very poor communication with the management. I don’t recommend it for travelers to book there.
