LUXURIOUS, PRIVATE FAMILY HOME IN GREAT LOCATION!
Sorrento Dreamtime is a stunning, newly renovated home with easy access to both the front and back beaches. It is your home away from home with plenty of space to spread out. Luxurious and private with contemporary, comfortable and stylish furnishings. Surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens, the large windows bring the outdoors in. Offering a central outdoor entertaining area, as well as a sunny outdoor deck in the back garden, it is your own private sanctuary. Located only 900 meters to the front beach (good for swimming), 1km to Diamond Bay beach (back beach) and easy access to Tuckey Track for relaxing walks.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Sorrento Dreamtime is a single level, spacious, light filled home with a coastal ambience. It is an entertainer's dream with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 exceptional indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. The central undercover entertaining deck features alfresco dining, sun lounges and an impressive professional grade BBQ large enough to feed the masses! The open plan kitchen/dining and living area has a gas log fireplace, comfy sofas, a beautiful indoor dining space and kitchen with island bench. There is even a desk and desk chair, if you need to work while on holiday.
Offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this is the perfect beach house for a couple of families, an extended family holiday or a getaway with friends. Everyone can enjoy some relaxing downtime after busy days exploring the Peninsula, with the 3 brand new Smart TVs - with major streaming services including Netflix, Prime, Binge, Kayo, Stan - located in the main living area, the kids retreat (2nd living area), and in the master bedroom. Other features include ducted heating, split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans throughout and onsite parking for 2 cars. There's also four tennis racquets and balls for guests to use.
We welcome guests requesting a late checkout, and we are happy to provide this if we can.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events/gatherings allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

Pets may be welcome with prior approval only. Strict pet conditions and an $80 pet fee applies.

If this property has accepted your request for a dog to stay, you are required to adhere to the following conditions:
Dogs are not to go on any furniture.
Please bring your own dog bed for them to sleep in.
You are required to clean up the garden after your dog, and ensure the garden is not damaged by digging or trampling of plants.
The property has ample grassed areas for dogs to play, but please keep them out of the garden beds.
If there is any evidence of the dog having been on the property, we may need to charge you additional fees for cleaning and/or to rectify any damage to the garden.
Pets may be allowed upon application only; an $80 cleaning fee will apply if approved.
The property is fully fenced; however this fencing may not be adequate for your dog, therefore the dogs safety whilst staying at this property is solely the responsibility of the pet owner.
