Situado en la comunidad Ara del Mar dentro de la cerrada Los Delfines Golf Club, esta marca nueva y villa totalmente equipada le proporcionará, a su familia y amigos con la ubicación perfecta escapada en amistoso Costa Rica! Llevar a casa un pargo rojo y camarón en el mercado de pescado al día y tienen una fiesta que nunca olvidará! O comer fuera cada noche en los restaurantes locales o de la casa club de Los Delfines. Ir a tirolesa, hacer excursiones en cascada, surfear, pescar en aguas profundas o ATVing: hay muchas excursiones para elegir

Esta hermosa villa tiene aire acondicionado en la planta baja, tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado y 2. 5 baños, incluyendo un baño de 3 piezas en el dormitorio principal. El maestro (cama de matrimonio) también tiene un vestidor adelante con gran capacidad de almacenamiento y espacio para colgar la ropa y maletas. # 2 dormitorios (cama doble) también ha de almacenamiento y espacio para colgar. # 3 dormitorios (doble fondo y Twin Top Litera) tiene contenedores rodantes debajo de la cama. Todas las habitaciones y ventanas de la sala tienen persianas verticales. La moderna cocina con isla de granito y 3 taburetes cuenta con lo último en electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina para el chef gourmet. Cocina / horno, nevera, microondas, horno tostador, licuadora, cafetera, hervidor de agua, ollas y sartenes, utensilios, platos y cuencos, tazas y vasos. El suelo es un porcelánico pulido a lo largo de mantener fresco el chalet. Las encimeras de cocina y baños son hermosas granito. El lavadero está fuera bajo las escaleras con acceso desde el exterior fácil de eliminar el ruido y el calor de la villa. Dobles puertas corredizas fuera de la cocina y el salón, junto con enormes ventanas en cada habitación y el hueco de la escalera permiten mucha luz natural durante el día. La piscina y juguetes para la piscina privada al aire libre estarán esperando su llegada. Usted encontrará que cuando usted está en la villa, que pasan la mayor parte de su tiempo en y alrededor de la piscina. Hedges (Limoncillo) se han plantado para alinear los lados y la parte posterior de cada propiedad y crecerá hasta 8 pies, proporcionando "vivos" cercas. Dos árboles de palma roja y tres árboles (limón, naranja y aguacate) se han plantado en el patio trasero.

La temporada baja (verde) (de mayo a noviembre) es tan buena o mejor que la temporada alta debido a los eventos ocasionales (y generalmente cortos) de lluvia. Once again we had a wonderful stay at this villa in Los Delphines. It has a very well equipped kitchen , comfortable patio furniture and table and chairs outside which we used for almost every meal. The bedrooms are comfortable and lots of sheets, towels and beach towels. The stunning, long beach is just a short walk and there are beach chairs at the villa. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and those who appreciate tranquility however there is lots to do, see and explore as well . Our family went fishing and saw whales, dolphins and turtles while catching our dinner . Horse back riding is a/v at the beach and through the surrounding farms and forests.We hope to return again soon.

Escaping winter in Costa Rica

We enjoyed our 5 weeks at this house in Tambor. The kitchen has every appliance needed and the house was very functional. The property manager Joseph response to our few needs in less than an hour. Lovely beach and friendly environment.

Our Place to Stay

this was our second stay at this property and we have booked a third stay for the end of this year. We are familiar with the Playa Tambor and Los Delfines area. This condo is well located in the community and meets our needs for longer stays and if we have guests. Improvements recently made by the owner are appreciated. Great Place to Stay

This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues within their control.

Amazing stay in Tambor Beach

My mother and I had an incredible stay at this property located within the beautiful Los Delfines Golf & Country Club. We loved having our own private pool just steps from the patio. The pool was kept as clean as the rest of the villa and made for a relaxing time when we were not driving to the nearby beaches. The beach located inside the community was clean and nice as well as the Restaurant, making it very convenient when we did not feel like going far! Communication was easy and quick. Everyone inside the community was so pleasant and friendly and we felt so safe and content the entire stay!! Thank you so much for having us, we will be back :D

Return to our favorite vacation place

We returned to the Los Delfines Golf & Country Club after 2+ years absence due to COVID. I am a member of this excellent 9 hole golf course and played 18 holes 3x a week. This was our first stay in the Ara Del Mar villas after several stays in the older area. We were pleased with the lay-out and amenities in this villa and have a return booking for December. This villa had good kitchen facilities since on site dining is limited to the Rancho on the beach open Thursday - Sunday. The beach is excellent for "hanging out", walking and activities such as beach volleyball. We are familiar with this area and have friends that we visited in Los Delfines and the Tambor area. We booked for this time because it is when the weather turns from Summer "hot" to more rain and the area becomes "green".

Thank you for your review Bill. In case I did not tell you previously, we have just had the backyard patio enlarged to about 10 feet wide and also tile down the side with the laundry. We also had everything painted inside and out. And we now have fiber internet 30MB. You will enjoy it even more next time you visit. Thanks again, Ian Folkes

Very nice and secure area to stay 10 minute walk to beach...

The Villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals, the bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the only issues we had was with the AC units freezing up but I just removed filters and cleaned them up and then they worked great there after also the locks on the patio doors are terrible so I just found some pieces of wood to secure the doors worked great then we did not have to deal with those patio locks...Pool was kept clean the only thing that would be nice is if there was patio stones leading to the pool so you don't track grass into the pool and into the Villa. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you.

Hi Brad, thanks so much for your review. The builder is replacing the locks next month as they have been a problem since the villa was built. As for the back yard, we will be upgrading in the future once we know exactly how we want it done. There are a lot of options and we want to pick from them all for the best combination. The home of the Scarlet Macaws

Absolutely breathtaking to watch them fly everyday! Perfect location right by Tambor airstrip, the little house had everything we needed and a cute little pool. Visit Curu, hike and beach. Visit Montazuma and climb to the falls. Nature lovers this is a good base!

Great house with lovely yard!

Our family of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay at this charming house in Delfines. The floor plan is wonderful with 3 bedroom upstairs and the main living down. The a/c functions well, the private yard has a cute pool, and the property manager is very responsive to any questions. Delfines is has a fantastic beach that is nearly deserted - wonderful for swimming or long strolls on the sand. The wildlife is awesome - make sure to take a stroll along the golf course at sunset to see the macaws returning to their homes for the night. Overall a great vacation. Thanks! :) Lisa

Me & my wife enjoyed our stay at this location. It is my second time renting this place, it is a great place for family stay. We enjoyed the pool especially with the heat n high humidity the first few days. The host Ian is very accommodating to our requests, thank you for a great stay.

Excellent stay

We were very impressed with the service Joseph gave us. Easy to contact ,friendly, and quick to respond. The house was very clean . kitchen well equipped. Great place and for us the birding and wildlife sighting was great as well. We visited Curu as well as Cabo Blanco and the local beach. Getting up at 5:30 am to see the monkeys recommended!

Our winter escape in Tambor

We had a wonderful experience at our recent VRBO in Tambor. The house was well maintained and more than adequate with a modern kitchen,appliances and lots of bedding and towels. It was an easy 10 min. walk to the beautiful, quiet beach. We could pick up groceries etc on sight and there is good shopping in Cobano a 20 min. drive way.Its a very quiet area which was perfect for us as we enjoyed the birds, monkeys, walking the beach etc. There is a wonderful fruit and vegetable market in Tambor every Sat where you can also buy fresh fish and a grocery store that is open every day.. Any little repairs or needs were handled immediately by Joseph, our contact at Los Delphines .He also met us with the key endgame us a tour when we arrived. We did hand a small clothes line outside so we weren't hanging wet towels, bathing suits in the house. All in all , we had a great holiday in Costa Rica.

Very nice villa, pool was great!

The villa was everything that we expected. It was beautiful inside, but we spent most of our time outside by the pool when not at the golf tournament. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was perfect for a good night's sleep. Bathrooms are very modern and functional. The glossy porcelin tiles throughout the villa was very stylish and helped to keep it cooler inside. We would highly recommend this villa and will definitely stay next time we come back.
