At the heart of the home is a stunning open kitchen designed for gathering. Featuring sleek Monogram appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of space to prep and serve, it’s equally suited for casual breakfasts or evening dinners after a day exploring the city. Getting Around:

Getting around from Windsor Modern Retreat is convenient and straightforward. The location boasts a good Walk Score, meaning many attractions and amenities are accessible on foot. Public transportation is also available, with bus stops nearby providing easy access to other parts of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. For those driving, major roads and highways are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the wider region, including popular destinations like Tempe, Mesa, and Phoenix. Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating

The spa is heated with your reservation. Pool heating is optional at $75/night or $400/week. Please request pool heating at least 72 hours before check-in to ensure it is ready upon arrival. A pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.



Parties & Events

Strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances and violations may result in fines and immediate removal from the property.



Security & Noise Monitoring

Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and side access areas for safety, vendor access, and occupancy verification.

The home also uses a Minut noise monitoring device that measures sound levels in decibels only and does not record conversations.



Pet Policy

Pets are generally not permitted, but exceptions may be considered. Approved pets require a $175 non-refundable pet fee.



Late Check-Outs

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee.
