The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood located on the eastern edge of Forest Park.
It is very walkable and offers visitors a variety of amenities and attractions to suit any taste. From art galleries, upscale or casual dining, to local live music--you'll find it all here.
Mingle at spacious, street-side patios next to antique stores where you can create a stained glass window or scented body oil. Play chess with the locals on the sidewalk outside the Chess Club and Take a picture in front of the world’s largest chess piece – 14 feet tall — outside the World Chess Hall of Fame.
Book lovers will enjoy visiting the Writer’s Corner, which features metal busts of T.S. Eliot, Tennessee Williams, and Kate Chopin, all literary greats who hail from the neighborhood.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $99 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Great for large family
We loved being just steps from the Cathedral! Very family friendly area. We felt very safe. Home was beautiful, and set up perfectly for a family. We had a great trip.

Great house for a family in a nice neighborhood
We stayed here recently for a family trip. It's a very nice older house - nicer than the online photos reflect. It's very spacious - we had a total of 11 people and fit comfortably. Neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to some nice restaurants and coffee shops a few blocks away. Check in was the only hiccup as the code we were given didn't work and it took the management company a bit to respond via the VRBO app. We like the property a lot and we would return.

Everything was great. ELL stocked with baby gates, dishes and cribs. All bathroom and showers well stocked. The o my improvements I thought of were a full length mirror on the inside door of the closets. Also the 10 am check out is hard with a large group with 3 kids to feed clean up and pack up.
