Increíble casa personalizada justo en el agua. Vista despejada de la Figura Ocho / Sonido Medio sobre el Intracoastal Waterway en Middle Sound Loop en Wilmington NC.

La casa cuenta con un muelle de 40 pies, que proporciona una toma de corriente en la costa y un suministro de agua dulce filtrado para la navegación. Incluso proporcionamos crabpots para aquellos inclinados a atrapar el cangrejo azul de Carolina y el cangrejo de piedra ocasional. Una estación de filete de piedra dura y un fregadero también están en el muelle.

Family Gathering

Wonderful water property that accommodated 9 of us staying there and additional family for dinners easily. We had a lot of fun on the water fishing boating and swimming.

My family just spent a week at this beautiful house while in town for a wedding. The house is more magnificent than what is captured in photos. The views of the water from the living room, kitchen and deck were amazing, and also from several of the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for our extended family to visit on the main floor, but with the rooms laid out on three floors there was also plenty of space for people to retreat on their own. Each room was extensively decorated and beautiful. This space made our week very special.

Nice house, great location, nice owners. Rented a beautiful boat from Entropy Marina rental right next door. Excellent experience all around!

Beautiful, peaceful getaway!

We rented Maison Blanc while traveling to Wilmington with two other couples. It was graduation weekend, and the PGA Tour was in town so we especially wanted to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle. Jon & Lane's home was perfect for our group. The house is beautiful, and we so enjoyed the large deck and yard. The kitchen is well stocked and organized and we cooked most nights. If we are ever back in th area, we would certainly stay here again!

Perfect for our family!

The house was very well equipped for our party of 10! We stayed off the beach for the majority of our stay, preferring the sound. It was beautiful and relaxing! The owners were very responsive to questions. The check in and.out procedures were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of parking and in a quiet area. And we.watched July 4th fireworks right off the back deck. We definitely intend to stay here again!

My Dream Home

This house was incredible! The views were breathtaking and the home itself was in perfect shape. We barely spent anytime indoors as the docks and deck provided the perfect hang-out spots. We brought our boat (you can rent one next door if you don't have one), which allowed us to fully enjoy the intracoastal waterway and inlets to the North and South of Figure 8 Island. The dock is great for leaving your boat in the water as most passing traffic is at no-wake speed. Everyone on our trip had a blast. It is a really special house in a dream location.

Memorial day week

Memorial day week I rented this house with family members and friends for the week. It was fantastic. Beautiful views I’ll be intercoastal and figure 8 Island. We rented a boat and went fishing every day. Loved sitting on the porch in the evenings after grilling dinner. It’s also very convenient To the main road for any shopping you need to do.

Pleasure and Peace at the sea

This beautifully decorated home is in a phenomenal location on a creek almost at the junction of the intercoastalwaterway. Fabulous large rooms with lots of light and comfortable furniture made living here a pleasure. The kitchen is very fully equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals for 6 and eating outside on the screened in porch. The back lawn facing the water was great for croquet! We rented a boat from Entropy Boats, right next door and loved having the freedom to go to beaches that were in nature areas. The house dock is fabulous for diving in to cool off or launch the kayak or tie up the boat. The hosts were so friendly and helpful both in the booking process and through our stay. We were so sorry to leave and would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved it!

We had a great week at this property! We brought our boat and spent most of our time out on the water and not at the house but when we came back at night, we were thankful that the kitchen was stocked with the things you need to prepare a meal and the house was clean. We will be back! Also, the owners were extremely responsive when we had questions.

Amazing place!

The house and yard are beautiful! There were so many nice decorator touches! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things needed for cooking! Sitting on the porch and watching the tides, was so relaxing! Our family truly enjoyed this place - one of our very favorites!

A perfect home in a perfect location

I cannot thank you enough for making our trip to Wilmington the best ever. We absolutely loved the home and the location. As soon as we walked in an saw the gorgeous views we felt at home. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the peace and quiet. The decks with the panoramic views cannot be beat. Thanks again for everything, we will definitely be back.

We absolutely love being right on the waterfront, and enjoy 24-hour boating access from our private dock. We recently renovated the house. The new master suite is stunning, and the just-completed ground floor sitting room has an awesome picture window view!

The house is sited so as to have a full view of the sunrise, with top-floor master suite deck, main-floor whole house-length deck, and ground floor patio, all of which reward the early riser.

The professionally landscaped yard features a fully-fenced backyard. A short fixed pier and a 40’ x 10’ floating dock are fun to tie up your own boat or a rental boat from Entropy Rentals next-door. Fishing and crabbing are also great from the dock or on the water. At low tide, there is a sandbar that’s a stones throw from our dock.

By boat there is very easy access to Wrightsville Beach, Figure Eight beaches or Lea-Hutaff Island beaches. (Lee Hutaff Island is an Audubon bird sanctuary and is uninhabited and delightful).
