This property was stunning and the house was spacious, beautiful, and very well-appointed. I can be picky about mattress comfort at rental properties, and these beds were amazingly comfortable! The location to downtown Leavenworth and grocery shopping was very close but we still felt secluded from everything. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the comfort of the home — especially the beds — and that the location gave you the best of both worlds: close to town, yet peaceful and private. Your photo by the river perfectly captures the kind of relaxation we hope all our guests experience. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome you back anytime!

Everything was as advertised. Only critique was the upstairs rooms were warm even with the individual mini splits shut off. Not overly uncomfortable and the comfy beds compensated for the temp. Hot tub was nice and relaxing, and the kitchen was great for when we cooked.

Big House/Comfortable Beds!

Right on the river, house is very large, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. One suggestion would be to have 8 chairs for the dinner table as there are beds for 8 people in the house. Between fishing, hiking, cooking, hanging in the hot tub, and watching movies, we had a great time.

Our book club stayed here for a weekend and it was a hit. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. That water view!!! Couldn’t be beat. We had a great weekend together. 6 minutes from town. Since we were 6 ladies traveling alone it looked like the space wasn’t all ours and that did make us feel unsafe. We didn’t know but saw people walking around and cars not ours parked in the property. I don’t remember seeing that this was a shared property.

Fantastic Christmas Home

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. We had an incredible stay, and everyone had the best time. Everything from the house's layout, unique design, Christmas decor and cleanliness. I can't say enough good things about the host, property, and location. We feel grateful that a house like this is available to rent. We are already planning our next vacation hopefully in the summer.
