The condo was clean and as pictured in the images. The shuttle to the mountain is easy to use. The pool and hot tub were nice.

The property was under construction, but was in a central location to all that Killington has to offer.

Just okay

Overall the Condo was sufficient. It is close to the lifts and the pool/gym were very nice. The condo has been recently renovated and had nice furniture. The communication with the property manager was good. However I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. There was significant dust on the vents and under the beds. Furthermore the kitchen equipment was dirty and poorly organized. For example, there were many pots and many lids but no matching pairs. If I visit Killington again, I would not be staying here again.

That said, we're sorry the cleanliness and kitchen setup didn’t meet your expectations. After your stay, we replaced the pots and pans so everything is properly matched and organized. We also had our cleaning team take care of the vents and under the beds to make sure everything is spotless moving forward. We always aim to provide a great experience and truly appreciate your input. While we’re sorry to hear you wouldn’t stay again, we do hope you’ll reconsider in the future. Change in Plans

This wasn't where we ended up staying. We booked this condo but there was a small leak in the unit so the manager called and suggested another option. I didn't love the other option. I didn't think it was quite equal but when I pushed back a little bit. They were more than happy to oblige and gave me a ski in ski out condo. That was a bit smaller but had an amazing location. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was fabulous. I don't know about this particular unit but I would definitely be interested in coming back to the other unit that we ended up staying at. It didn't have a gym or a pool but it did have its own private hot tub. The communication was pretty good not perfect because it was a group of people that I was communicating with so I wasn't sure exactly who I was talking to each time and it was a little hard to get the same person who knew what was going on but in the end they worked it out and got us into a great unit, and we had a wonderful stay! All in all the host was someone I would definitely want to work with again!
