My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in Nashville. This property is well-located for quick access to lots of Nashville attractions. It is about a 20 minute walk to all of the action on Broadway and a 20 minute drive from the Opry and the airport.This condo is very quiet and we appreciated the balcony overlooking the river. The bed is comfortable and the shower was very nice.We would stay here again if we return to Nashville.

This is a great condo! The description is exactly spot on. It is extremely clean and nicely decorated. We expected it to appear smaller than the 600 square feet that’s advertised. Because it’s laid out so well it seems larger than the actual square footage. It’s convenient to Broadway, Germantown and restaurants. We usually Ubered everywhere and they always arrived within five minutes and got us where we were going within another few minutes. The fares were very low, too. The condo is right on the river so you have a great view from the living room and from a nice little balcony. Harry, our host, was very responsive and always willing to share information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the property!

Property is perfectly situated (reasonable walking distance) for access to all activities on Broadway as well as locally owned/operated eateries/bars...We experienced a plumbing problem but, with one message to our host, Harry, it was handled while we were out on the town never to bother us again...Very enjoyable experience! Thank you!!!

this property is in what I would call a semi industrial part of the city. It is across the street from a very large building, which is in the process of being built and has continuous construction noises from 8 to 5. there also is a street to access the property which is one way going away from the property rather than to the property. The owner is very attentive to discussion and calls, but at the same time this property is not nearly as nice as it looks in the advertisement.

Overall it was a great stay in Nashville! Henry did a great job of getting us the information we needed and helped with a small issue we had during our stay. I’d certainly recommend it if you want to be downtown, but just a bit away from all of the action on Broadway.

Perfect getaway spot

Very clean, pictures didn’t do the place justice, so much nicer than the pictures. Condo had every you needed, great view, close to broadway and about a mile or so from many other places. Would highly recommend and book another stay here

CMA fest 25

Came in for a short stay for CMA fest for a couple of days. We really enjoyed this property. It was centrally located to all the hot spots. Easy to get to with free covered parking. Very peaceful location right along the river. The place was very clean and the shower was amazing! Would def stay here again! Thanks!!

Relaxing Comfy and Convenient Getaway

Harry made the check in process very easy and made sure to be very detailed on instructions to make a seamless experience. The bedroom was extremely comfortable. Along with a comfy living room space. One of the coolest things was being super close to the heart of the city and broadway. right outside we could always find Electric Scooters and use them for a quick fun ride downtown. I came down for my 30th birthday with my girlfriend and had an awesome time. Thankyou Harry for renting out the spot to us we had a blast.

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. TV in living room . A coffee maker, coffee and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!
We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
