Welcome to Rose Quartz, your perfect beach retreat on Anna Maria Island! Located just a quick 2.5-block walk from the sparkling, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this charming vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
The bright and airy kitchen overlooks a cozy dining area with seating for four, plus additional stools at the counter for casual meals. The inviting living room is the perfect place for gathering with family and friends to unwind and enjoy each other's company.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level: a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a guest room with two twin beds. The third bedroom, a private mother-in-law suite, is on the second level and features a king bed with an attached bathroom. This suite is accessed by an external staircase, offering guests a bit of extra privacy. Each bedroom comes with crisp linens and plush towels, provided by our professional linen service, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer during your vacation.

Step outside into your private backyard oasis, featuring a heated pool and spa—perfect for relaxing in the sun or under the stars. Lounge on poolside chairs and feel the cool island breezes as you unwind in paradise.

Just what we wanted.

The house will better be known for the back yard hands down. This is where my family and I spent our time. We wanted a quiet, relaxing get away and this did not disappoint. The only thing that was a bummer is the fact that the in-law suite is separate from the main house itself and that’s the master suite. I’m sure it’s listed on the description, I just happened to miss it prior to booking. We have two little ones so we needed up staying in the main house for obvious reasons. I would highly recommend this house and staying here again.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Rose Quartz was an awesome place for our family getaway! The location on Anna Maria Island was ideal - walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The property itself offered everything we wanted, especially the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, and grilling area.

Fabulous house

We really enjoyed staying at the house in Anna Maria Island. It was bigger than expected and very clean. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip! We would definently come again!

Wonderful Beach House

We had a great time at the Rose Quartz. Great location in the middle of Anna Maria. Lots of things to do very close to home. Very nicely renovation done to older home. Lots of updates and very nice pool and hot tub area. Definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location!

This house was in the perfect location. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, Pine and the city pier. The backyard was so nice and private to spend time in. Check in was a breeze. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rose Quartz. This is our fourth stay on Anna Maria and this is definitely the best location we have experienced. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The hot tub and pool was great when we weren’t on the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Wonderful house and great location

We really loved the Rose Quartz! The house / set up was wonderful. We did not know in advance that one of the bedrooms was in a separate building but in our case that was no issue. It’s a very central location to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. I’d stay there again!

Friends trip to Anna Maria

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Quartz. There is one master suite in the house, and a second in a small pool house on the property, so it was perfect for 2 couples. There are 6 or 7 restaurants within a 3 block walk and many local shops as well, but the neighborhood is entirely residential. The beach is only one more block away! Everything was clean and ready for our stay.

Rejuvinated from Minnesota

This was my first time on Anna Maria Island, and this rental was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was in paradise. The entire property is just beautiful, from the wonderful bathrooms to the fully furnished kitchen, and then the back yard, the pool, hot tub and surroundings are so welcoming. The week went so fast, I can't wait to go back. My only regret is that I didn't book it for a least two weeks. Next time!

Wonderful house!!!!

Much more than meets the eye from the street! This home would easily accomodate 6. There is a separate small "house" with a master bedroom and shower in the yard that one could comfortably stay in and have complete privacy. The pool/hot tub are beautifully done and there is ample area for cooking out and playing in the yard. The house was impeccably clean complete with gourmet cooking gear (but absolutely no food or spices). The North end of the Island is my happy place and I hope to return again.

Lovely House

We really enjoyed this house. Very updated with 3 beautiful bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were great as was the ping pong! Property manager was very responsive when we called with an internet issue and then again when the toaster didn’t work. One issue to report was the 3rd bedroom. The beds are horrible and need to be replaced. Not just the mattresses but box springs as well. No way an adult can sleep in those beds. Luckily we only wound up needing 2 bedrooms. Other than that, we loved the house!

Wonderful home on the Island!

We enjoyed a four-night stay at this wonderful home! There were four adults and four children under the age of 7. The detached master suite was perfect for one family while my family stayed in the main home. It gave us each our own privacy. The pool alarm on the sliding door to the patio was extremely loud, but we were so grateful because we had young children that could not swim and it gave us peace of mind to know they could not get out without the alarm sounding (one alarm was missing batteries from the master suite). The pool/patio area was so relaxing for the adults and fun for the children. The location was superb being a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. A couple of the TVs didn't seem to work but we weren't planning on watching them anyway. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Wonderful location and outdoor living

You can’t beat the location and outdoor space of Rose Quartz. We loved our two week vacation and look forward to going to Anna Maria Island again. Positives The location, the outdoor space are 5 star. The house is a perfect setup for entertaining. All the bathrooms are in excellent condition and like new. The management company was very nice and very responsive, they fixed our issues quickly. Negatives When we arrive we noticed small bugs in the kitchen on the countertops. I called on Saturday and they had a person out on Monday to spray. The twin room beds are awful. They are old, and springy. If you move you’ll wake yourself up because they so bad. One guest slept on the couch.

Great location

We love being on AMI and the location of this house was perfect. You can walk to all the local restaurants or shops, but most importantly, the beach. The pool was nice and warm and my kids enjoyed the ping pong table. The house does need some updates though and the kitchen is not well stocked. There is a hodge-podge of plastic cups, some that leaked because of cracks. There weren’t enough bowls or platters to make or put food on and the disposal kept clogging. The air handler in the house wouldn’t turn off at all which was loud and we had a lot of trouble turning on and using the TV in the ADU. Also, there is nobody to help you from the property management place, Sato, if it’s after hours but they do respond during business hours well. As a short-term real estate owner myself, these little details can really turn a great stay into a mediocre one. Regardless of these problems I would probably stay at the property again.

New Years Getaway

The property manager was very easy to work with. The property was very clean and three full bathrooms (two en-suite) was great. Location is awesome. Driveway had room for two cars, UHaul trailer and golf cart. We stayed the week after Christmas and I would never stay during this time again. Price was double and three hour wait for dinner is crazy. Go a different time of year to save $ and avoid crowds. Property is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. It would be great to have a beach cart to walk beach stuff down. My friend rented the same week and the property had two beach carts. There also were no pack and plays so we brought ours (pain) and other guests had left some beach stuff but nothing much/nice. The property layout was not ideal for us (two adults and two kids under 2) and I wish the property it was explained in better detail. The master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite is out the back-door and upstairs. It’s beautiful but we did not feel comfortable staying in a separate building than the kids. The owners via the property manager were willing to refund if they had found another renter which was very nice, but we opted to keep the rental as there was not much available for the holiday week. The two bedrooms inside the house (two twin beds in one and one queen bed in the other) worked for us since one of the bedrooms had an en-suite and we put the baby in the pack and play in the bathroom and stayed in that bedroom. Our one year old stayed in the twin room in a pack and play. The beds in these rooms were terrible. I’m not sure if it’s the bed frames or actual mattress but we struggled sleeping which was disappointing. We just stayed in a Residence Inn on our way back to Boston and the bed was like a dream. I would recommend the owners make an investment into new mattresses and bed frames. The queen bed actually moved quite a bit if one person moved in bed. I’m a light sleeper so was up quite a bit. I don’t think these beds would bother kids so it may not matter to some renters. My parents joined us and stayed in the Master. They thought the bed was comfortable. The backyard was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were such a treat and my son loved the pool. If any renter has very little kids - I would suggest looking into a place with a pool fence. My 1 1/2 yo wants to be outside and loves water, but it was difficult to relax in the backyard while he pushed his trucks. Mom just wants to finish her coffee while it’s warm!
