Stunning 3 bedroom home located in a private country club with access to golfing (fee + min stay), minutes to 5th Ave, Pier, gorgeous sandy beaches, amazing restaurants and pubs, shopping all in the heart of Naples. Watch the amazing sunsets from the beach or the front yard.

Home has a private yard with a heated pool, all the amenities including a BBQ, lounge chairs, outdoor sofa seating area, eating area by the pool, lighting, beach chairs and floaters for your stay. Just bring your bathing suit, shorts and favorite attire. The master has lots of closet space, walk out to the pool, TV and your private bathroom (granite counters and all the amenities). Second bedroom has huge closets and big windows and a TV. Third bedroom has a Queen Sofa bed, closet, and a TV as well as a desk for anyone needing a quiet place to work. The main bathroom was recently renovated with granite counters, 'marble' shower/tub area, window, modern.

The open concept living room has a large TV, open view to the pool and private yard. The dining area boasts a bar seating section as well as a more formal dining area with a walk out to the pool. Outside patio area is exceptional for hosting with a BBQ, tables and chairs for dining or for a casual seating with your favorite beverage. The heated pool is perfect for lounging and because it is covered in a lania you get the benefits of the wonderful weather minus the bugs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with all the amenities, stainless steel appliances, eat in area, dishwasher and more.

Truly a home away from home surrounded by palm trees, blue skies and warm weather.

A little over an hour to South Beach Miami, 20 min to Marco Island this is a great place to get away, relax and move at your own pace.

Lots of amenities near by (groceries, gas, beauty salons etc) and we have everything waiting for you. House has lots of natural light, neutral decor, lots of space, wifi, TVs in each room, office space if you need to work and so much more. We are waiting to host you!

Do not get what I thought I was renting.

First Of all I was given the wrong address by v r b o And it was actually the address next door. We couldn't find the lock box so we went around back of the house And we went in the back of the house and it was somebody else's place. We are probably lucky that we did not get shot. Also, the pool heater does not work. I was one of the main reasons.We rented it. The back pool area was not secure.Because the door lock did not work on the enclosure over the pool. Also, the patio door locks by the pool.Did not work so we felt very unsafe. The gas grill was dirty and old. I had to clean it to use it . The dishwasher did not dry the dishes. It would have been easier to wash the dishes in the sink and dry them. Overall we were not impressed with the property. The big problem was no pool heater So the pool is really cold Not comfortable at all to swim in. It's too bad with a little work.This place could be great. The previousReviews do not make any sense. I'm not sure all they could not see these problems. I don't mind paying for something if it's what i'm paying for. That was advertised.luckylget shot

This house is amazing! Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely pool and outdoor furniture and a great location! There are several restaurants, a Starbucks and a grocery store just across the street; we were impressed with security as well.We enjoyed coffee by the pool every morning and sitting under the stars in the evening. Very friendly, welcoming neighborhood and plenty of places to walk our Scottish Terrier and other dogs to play with.Dr. Georgette was very responsive and we would love to come back next year for a longer stay!
