Villa Helios is the perfect home for guests seeking a private residence in one of Cape Coral's most popular SW neighborhoods. Situated close to the ever popular Cape Harbor Marina in Cape Coral, this home is ideal for visitors seeking a home where outdoor living is a very important part of their vacation.
On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. The Living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, Smart TV, desk and chair for remote working plus views over the pretty pool area. The Kitchen is spacious and has everything a guest would need. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate walk in shower and his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Guest Bedroom #1 features a King Size Bed with Smart TV + ensuite bathroom with pool access. This layout provides the added bonus of being an ideal choice for 2 couples to share. Guest Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed + Smart TV. The third Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the very private pool/spa deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly at the Outdoor Living Area, reading a good book! The pool deck is also equipped with a large gas barbecue and Smart TV. Beyond the screened pool deck area there is a private dock area with Tiki Hut. A great place to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do or enjoy a cold cocktail and watch the sun go down.
