One bedroom, ground floor condo, on the beach, in front of 4 surf breaks. This beautiful condo sits on one of the most pristine beaches in Los Cabos with swimming, surf, and 7 miles of white sand beaches right out your front door. Surf locker with an 8ft soft top board and two boogie boards for your use. (only if the previous renter has not lost or broken them). Making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike. The condo is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils and a new washer and dryer(2020). We have remodeled the bathroom, and all of the plumbing at Las Olas has been upgraded. Oct 2020. Filtered water in kitchen sink for drinking. Have your morning coffee on a large patio after a morning surf session, or walk on the beach. If you are lucky enough to visit during a full moon - grab your "sundowner" and watch the ocean- Wow! There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet as well as a Pack 'n play crib. Beach towels are also available.

Las Olas is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and many activities! You can rent surfboards or get surf lessons on the beach right in front of the condo. The famous Surf Shop Costa Azul is right across the street. There is a restaurant a few steps down the beach as well as other restaurants that are walking distance across the street. A huge supermarket where you can get all of your groceries is only a 5-minute drive away. Historic downtown San Jose with all of its shops, restaurants, and bars is only a 10-minute drive away and Cabo San Lucas and all of its activities are only 17 miles away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Convenient Pool and Beach Access

We stayed 5 nights and really weren't ready to go home. The convenience of being steps away from the pool and beach access was perfect!!

Perfect combination of privacy and access

Great spot in the complex for a couple, with all the necessities two people would need. The unit has direct ground level access to the pool area and the beach is just steps away. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tubs are clean, and everything feels secure. Amazing spot to see the sunrise (no sunsets at this angle) and for watching whales (we were there mid-late Jan).

Fantastic!

This property was perfect. Toys for beach, kitchen was great, location incredible, close proximity to groceries, everything was just great. I asked my wife, "of all the places we have stayed in the last 10 years tell me what is the downside to this condo?" Neither of us could name one. In fact, we liked it so much, we are considering purchasing our own condo!

Cabo Vacation

Great location for relaxing, access to both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, and swimming/surfing. Walk right out to the edge of the property or down to the beach to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sunrise over the ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking ware needed to create and enjoy your own meals.

Great place

Awesome beachfront place. It was perfect for our family of 3- the little one could swim in the pool while one of the parents surfed out front! Place was clean and as described. Charles had great communication. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

Three of stayed & it was perfect location. It was super clean & the king firm( but very comfy) & my niece said the couch pulled out nicely & was comfy too! Loved being able to walk straight out to pool/ beach. Beautiful sunrises & moon rises! Watching the surfers. We loaded up the chairs & umbrella that were provided(thank you for that) & Ubers to Chileno Beach great for snorkeling (you can rent for $25 cash but I brought my own) Zippers is a nice option to walk over & eat! The host is very accommodating & responsive! This was my second time here & planning to come back again making it an annual trip

Beachfront in tourist zone

1990s beachfront property. Ground floor in front of the pool. Clean and comfortable. Property is well kept. Unfortunately no upgrades like dishwasher or sink disposal. Closest grocery is too far to walk. Communication with owner about problems prompt but not always helpful. Overall a good stay at a full price.

Perfect Location

My husband and I loved the easy access to the pool and the beach, but especially liked that our Grandkids could come and go from their condo to swim and snack and rest during the day with us. Then go sleep at their condo at night! It's a perfect size for two and well stocked for cooking in. This room is quiet and reasonably private considering the close proximity to the pool. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful!

We loved our time staying at Las Olas. The condos are perfectly situated on the beach, by many surf breaks and nice hotels. It was comfortable, clean, and cool in the condo, and we enjoyed all the amenities that the complex had to offer. Definitely will be back!

Great Location and amenities

Owner takes care of the place, kitchen was completely stocked, thanks for the beach chair and umbrella, lots of towels and the W/D is great. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean. You'll like the security of the entry car gate and gate security. Great for families, pool/ spa shuts down around 10pm so it's pretty quiet at night. Thank you.

Perfect surf vacation

Right on the beach break, right by the showers and pool. Very convenient location, not having to get in the car for anything but groceries. Only drawback is that I'm a light sleeper and the road noise made me have to sleep on the living room sofa instead of the bedroom that backs up to the major thoroughfare.

San Jose del Cabo surf trip

Excellent! Plenty of room for two would also work for 2 plus 1-2 kiddos. Had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. Very clean. Easy access to the surf breaks, surf shop and restaurants. We will be back!

We had a great stay at los olas! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The security & property managers were great and very helpful. Easy to call ubers in to town and walk to rent boards across the street. Plus great waves the whole time. We can’t wait to come back

Fantastic location and great condo

Couldn’t be a better location. Clean property and super responsive host. Even had a surfboard/cooler/beach chairs and towells..that was a nice surprise. Only negative: Owner doing BARE minimum on appliances/pots and pans/furniture etc. Pull out bed is actually just foam and pillows to put on ground. 2nd person in your party, be prepared to sleep on floor on the foam. Still very pleased with the stay and a great unit. Just had those few things that could have made stay perfect. Still 5 stars!

Great location but overpriced

The location is excellent but the unit needs updating and renovations. It is old and ‘tired’ and the nightly rate is overpriced.

We had a great stay for three nights. The reference to keys in the owner’s instructions were erroneous. There are no keys. We ate at Zipper’s next door, which is great for a couple of days. We used Uber to get around and found them to be on time and helpful. The front gate attendant was the best. He gave us a keycard for the front gate and told us the codes for the gates to the beach. A relaxing stay for us.

Wonderful

What a perfect location clean private very secure! We stayed for four nights manage to enjoy every morning a sunrise straight out in front of us. The pool was perfect. The beach was awesome. The bed was comfortable( firm, but we liked it). Was stocked with everything you needed. Just make sure you get the pass code to access the beach it changes monthly and if you’re lucky to be around at 1 o’clock on Fridays there’s locals that sell seafood and it’s delicious they come right into the parking lot by the office! Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend B103, we love the ground floor

HUGE MISTAKE

We booked over a year ago and so looking forward to our 1st holiday in 3 years. Upon arrival, a huge disappointment. The bedroom was a cave with a rattling ceiling fan. It felt and sounded like the highway was running through the bedroom with air brakes pretty much going all night long. A/C unit did not work for over a week due to maintenance which did not add to a successful sleep. Out of 33 days, I had 3 decent sleeps. The unit was small, dismal, dark, old, dirty, worn out furnishings. I put a towel on the filthy couch since it was so disgusting. Not for long term stays. We did not have a kettle, tea pot, salad mixing bowl, storage containers, a working peeler for veggies, devoid of necessary basics, 2 teaspoons were in the unit. There was no space to store our suitcases so our stuff was everywhere and we like to be tidy. The oven door was tricky to open when I was cooking as there was not enough space to stand behind the oven door to remove baked items. I burned myself 3 times. I am a small woman. The condo is a 25 minute walk to the main grocery store on the ‘highway of death’. We used Uber a lot but we really prefer to walk and explore. This is not the place for that. We found through talking to other guests that we overpaid by quite a bit for this unit. I was ready to go home after the first 4 days and every week I was looking at flights home. I decided to tough it out since the weather was beautiful but the unit affected our enjoyment of our much longed for holiday. The sliding doors to the filthy deck has a non functioning severely rusted lock replaced by an aluminum clip that anyone could have opened with a credit card. As guests, we felt completely disrespected. The plus was the beautiful beach on the other side of the rocks that could be accessed when the tide was out. The grounds were well maintained and the staff were very polite and helpful. Charles kindly gave us an extra hour check out time. We will definitely not return .

We had been coming to this area since 2006. We had friends that owned condos here and when we had an opportunity to get one, we jumped on it and we are so glad we did. We love the warm weather and surf in, surf out.
