Muy cerca del aeropuerto

Es un buen hotel muy cca del aeropuerto, habitaciones muy limpias y personal muy amable. Lo malo es que esta muy alejado de t.oda la ciudad y es bastante caro poder movilizarse . Tambien creo que sensobrepasan un poco en las tarifas de internet en la habitacion, lo demas todo bien

Está muy bonito el hotel, la comida es de buena calidad y los cuartos estan más que bien, el precios es adecuado, tiene grandes jardines y la alberca es muy grande, todo estuvo perfecto, lo recomiendo mucho.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

I was at the Uppal for my friend's wedding and it was fantastic! The grounds were quite picturesque and the staff were extremely friendly, hiring out cars and taking care of our every need. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was phenomenal!

Lawaaiige airco

We hebben 1 nacht (4uur) in dit hotel verbleven voor onze nachtvlucht naar huis. Check in werd gedaan door een nogal onbeleefde meneer bijgestaan door een norse collega toen we ze daarop aanspraken klaarde de lucht gelukkig op. De taxi naar de luchthaven is kort maar duur maar bleek wel onderhandelbaar. De keuken zou ik overslaan, als dat kan, want er is niet veel in de buurt. Grootste ergenis is het lawaai van de airco oordopjes mee dus, hoor je alleen de wekker niet.

Close to airport but overpriced

Nice staff, comfortable rooms but food was terrible and overpriced. Cab to airport was 750 rupees which is ridiculous for a 10-15 minute trip. ( airport to central Delhi was 550 RS) Has a kind of faded charm Ok, but wouldn't seek it out. Also a little tricky for my driver to find

Ideal location

Close proximity to the airport. Ideal location for travel to Gurgaon as well as to Delhi itself. Calm and serene property, close but still away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi

It was better than I expected. Close to airport

I needed a place to stay for two nights before heading to Calcutta. Arriving in the middle of the night, I was concerned that I would have reliable transportation and a good hotel. Both exceeded my expectations. The room seemed clean, the bed was comfortable, complementary wifi worked well, and the included breakfast had everything I could have wanted. Driving distance from airport was 15 to 20 minutes I would guess.. For the price I could not have obtained something better.

Not a 5 starts

They present themself as a 5 starts hotel, it is more like 1. The lobby is ok, people are helpful but the rooms are not what descrived. Rooms are small and smelly, beds have stains, and very hard mattress, small bathroom. Hallways are in bad shape

Tucked away in a green corner

Though further away from the terminal than the other Airport Hotels in Delhi, it is pleasantly tucked away in a green area. staff was good, room generally comfortable and large.

The staff were great, accommodating, friendly and helpful. As for the room--it was less than satisfactory for the steep price. The bedding had a sour odor, bad enough that i initially thought the wrinkled sheets had not been changed since the last occupancy. But i gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed the stink was from the linens being dried indoors during the monsoons. The shower was built in a manner that guaranteed water would spread over the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was too small for the rim. I've stayed at far cheaper hotels in Delhi in which the rooms were as good, if not better. The Rs. 750 charge for the hotel taxi to the international airport is simply criminal, as the regular taxi charge would have been Rs. 300 or less. But i took it anyway, as i did not want the hassle of getting a taxi to find the place and pick us up on time. That said, the service itself was efficient and quick.

Nice, old-style hotel with a few issues.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The front desk staff should be better trained. When I turned my keys in, I was told I had to settle my bill, which I had settled an hour before. I had to present the receipt I was given to prove that I had paid my bill. No apology. We were charged 750 Rs. for an airport drop, which I carefully explained we would need one of us dropped off at the international terminal and one of us would need to go to the domestic terminal. When we got to the airport, the driver got upset because we had only paid 750 Rs, which he said was for one drop-off at one terminal, not two. So I gave him an extra 200 Rs and told him to tell the staff their pricing structure needed work. I doubt I will stay here again.

Very old school

For such a big hotel they need to upgrade gadgets, power outlets and internet. If you want to earn Millennials business and transient business it better be upgraded to current world. Room size is good along with beds. Very very small details like power outlets, plug points near the bed, pleasant toiletries are missing. I am surprised that in today's world they did not even keep a bathing soap in the bathroom. No facial tissues in the room etc. These are minor details and would cost nothing and would provide very pleasant experience to guests. Staff were very very pleasant except for they ask for room number multiple times (while walking in, while dining, while picking up food) while dining. Proper coordination is missing as each waiter asks for the room number instead of asking once while signing the check. Air conditioning unit is very old (takes lot of time to cool) and the hotel itself is very old but maintained well.

Beautiful hotel for a good price!

I chose this hotel for the price and location close to the airport. Even though they charged $15 US for the airport shuttle (each way), it was easier than navigating on my own. If I was more familiar with Delhi, I would have negotiated cars on my own and saved a lot of money. If you are looking for a place to stay in Delhi for a few days, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it's location is very remote from everything you would want to do in the city, but if you are looking to relax at a 'resort' this would be a beautiful place to do so. I could see that it would be a beautiful venue for a wedding as well. The main areas, rooms and hotel grounds are very beautiful and impressive. I wish I had time to make use of the pool and the grounds, but this was just a stopover. Staff was very helpful and they were very aware of customer service and were able to accommodate my needs.
