Great family vacay

We had a wonderful week at Mar Vista Grande. The unit was just as pictured and very nice and clean. We will definitely be going again next year. From check in to check out the communication with the owners was excellent.

Great Stay!

I had a great time staying at Blue Haven-Luxuriously Appointed Ocean Front Condo. The property was very clean, there was a great view of the ocean and the property manager was very responsive if I had any concerns. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great Unit

We had a wonderful week in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were genuinely interested in us having a good vacation and stayed in contact throughout the week. We found Mar Vista to be very upscale in every aspect. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely condo with amazing views

Beautiful, well appointed condo in very safe/clean/quiet building. Booking and check-in/out process were seamless, which is always appreciated. Views from the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious condo with a fantastic view.

We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and spacious seating. Living , dinning room and balcony had comfortable seating for our group of 6 adults. Beautifully decorated, just like the photos!

Best condo we have ever stayed in! Awesome customer service.

We were looking for a quick get away while our daughter was away at camp and his place was perfection. The building is super clean and "The Hut" makes a great Turkey Panini. We would highly recommend this condo.

This is our fifth year staying at Mar Vista and first year in this unit. By far the best unit!

Not only beautiful decor, but also fully stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Owner was super easy to work with gave piece of mind to my selection of this unit!

Excellent Place to Stay

The owner is highly in to making sure that your stay is a good one. He's available at all hours by cell phone as is his management organization. The beach is amazing. The location is pristine.

Absolutely wonderful place for vacation

Condo was very very clean. Perfect place on the beach. Main Street is only 6 blocks away. All staff was welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful - waking up to the sounds of the ocean, watching the sunrise, multiple pools and close to all of the fun things to do in Myrtle Beach. My family loved it and didn't want to leave. The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing complex

This was our third year staying at MarVista and our second time staying in this condo. It's just as beautiful as the pics. It was very clean and host was very responsive. Check in and out process was seamless. Beautiful view of the beach. We love this place!

Fantastic condo!

The condo was very clean and ready for us as soon as we got there. Everything was as advertised. We had excellent communication with the owners and they were very helpful during the whole process. I would like to book it again next year!

The condo was exactly what was advertised plus more. Very clean, spacious and comfortable.

By Far the Nicest Condo We Have Stayed in Yet

We have been traveling to North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area as a family for the past 30 years. We have stayed at houses, condos, and hotels throughout the years and we have never experienced a better building and accommodations. The owner, Chad, was a pleasure to work with. He checked in on us when we arrived and before we left to make sure everything was perfect. The decor is like something out of a magazine and my husband loved the DVR. It was truly like having our home away from home, only better with the views and decor. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at Unit 1212. The condo is so comfortable and accommodating and you will find everything you need and more. Chad and His wife are always adding extra touches to make it more of a beautiful condo than it already is. They always want to be sure their guests are comfortable and satisfied. This is an awesome condo at Mar Vista which has a great location to everything. You would love 1212!

Great location and beautiful furnishings!

Mar Vista Grande is a great place to stay in North Myrtle! The pools were nice and the indoor pool that is open to the outside was great. The view from the balcony was amazing and exactly what we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the view! The condo has new furnishings which was very nice! When the rest of the condo is finished with the renovation, it will be spectacular. The floor plan is very nice and each bedroom having its own bathroom is ideal! Working with Michael Holland was very pleasant and he checked up on us once we arrived at the condo to ensure everything was good!

Simply put, there is not a nicer building in North Myrtle Beach. We are not into the crowds and chaos you find at larger resort type properties and we appreciate the family oriented feel of Mar Vista Grande.

Walk to Main Street or take a short car ride down to Barefoot Landing. There are also eco tours available if you prefer to go kayaking through the ICW!
