Janet’s villa was the perfect stay to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. Janet was extremely responsive to our requests and questions. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to use the outdoor screened porch to watch the golfers and deer. We hope to be back

The villa was just as the Host explained. It was clean and the Host communicated all the details very well. We would stay at this villa again.

When we arrived, we smiled. A clean and well-appointed villa, in a beautiful setting. We were happy to spend restful time in a great location, and to have the availability of a thoughtful host. We loved being here. We look forward to coming again.

Loved this home! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and furnishings, well stocked kitchen! Location was perfect, close to everything you'll need for your trip!

Great Location

Perfectly clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Great location in beautiful Sea Pines, with an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town and South Beach.

Everything worked great for me - nice and open and spacious and a great location to be able to have dinners in Harbor town and getting to the beach was an easy bike ride or walk. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place

My family stayed here for the Heritage golf tournament. Great location on the 9th tee. Clean and amenities were great. Checkin was easy. Definitely recommend.

Great place! Responsive owner!

We had a great stay in Janet's place. She was proactive in communication, offered assistance on local sights and places, and hospitable in every way. Thanks for helping us have a great beach vacation!

Good experience

Good location and a very nice clean villa. Access to everything that we wanted was very good and so was the view of the golf course.

Well positioned and well layed out. Good value for the fee.

Property was clean and welcoming for the 4 of us who stayed on site. Great location in Sea Pines, access to all trails and amenities was great. Nice to sit in the Carolina Room and watch the golfers.

Our host was very communicative and did all she could to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The unit was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could want. The unit is in a great location with easy access to Harbourtown, the beach, a gym and several great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the golfers go through from the comfort of the screened in porch. Loved our stay!

Wonderful vacation in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded immediately if I had any questions. The views are fabulous and the villa was immaculately clean. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

This villa was in a fabulous location and was very clean. Janet was extremely responsive in getting back to us when a couple of issues arose snd were taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet and beautiful view of the Harbour Town Golf course.

Great Location

Love this property. My favorite part was the screened in porch! Our owner was very prompt in answering any questions.

Five star accommodations!

Excellent property! We enjoyed our stay in this Sea Pines villa. We biked to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Beach Club. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and bedding. Owner is easy to work with and check in was quick! Look forward to our next stay at this villa!

Great Villa and Location

Owner provided everything we could possibly need for the week. Was exactly as described. Especially enjoyed the screen lanai and two full size couches. Great location - walking distance to Harbour Town. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again. And thank you for the great snacks!

Perfect location

The villa was clean and well maintained. One floor was perfect. Screened in porch was ideal for watching golfers tee off. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. It was a pleasure to work with Janet.

Location Location Location

Our first time in Hilton head, this was a great property to rent. Walking distance to Harbor Town and more. Take the trolley to the beach. Walk or take a short drive to several good restaurants. Sea Pines is a beautiful part of the island. Janet was very attentive and efficient.

Family Vacation 2019

We rode our bikes to the beach everyday! We watched the golfers play from our back porch. The property was clean and well-equipped. Janet is responsive and informative. We look forward to another stay!

Vacation from cooler weather up north

Location was ideal. Facility was clean and well supplied with every day needs. We have always enjoyed Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines. We have been there numerous times during the Heritage Classic Golf tournament and have attended several times.We would have loved seeing some golf players (not the pros) but the course was closed the entire week we were there. Perfect spot and a great facility.
