Very nice property in a great location. Townhome was in great shape. Having the rental credit was a nice plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! We LOVED our backyard view! The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated! A real bonus was the beach gear credit! We will definitely put this condo on our favorites list!!

Loved this accommodation. The view on the decking of the lake was superb. It was very clean, spacious and yet homely. Lots of little extra's i.e: Beach chairs, umbrellas etc plus some additional kitchen and bathroom items. Sometimes it's the little things that matter. The pool onsite too was a great extra. When we come back we will rebook here. Thank you so much Robert.

Relaxing stay in tranquil setting

Great location for family trip to HHI. The property is surrounded by nature for peaceful downtime. But also had easy access to bike paths, beach, restaurants and shopping. Condo was spacious and beautifully updated. Very comfortable for our family of five. This rental provided a great home base for what was our best trip to HHI yet!

Everything was great. The quality of the space was amazing. It was completely furnished with great appliances. The only downside was the timing of our trip with the RBC so trash pickup was initially screwed up, but that was not a problem. Oh and the water pressure was amazing.

The condo was amazing! Upon entering the condo we were blown away by how comfortable, clean and nice everything was. The view out the back of the lake couldn't be beat! The first 2 1/2 days were nothing but heavy rain, but we didn't mind hanging out at the condo basically the entire time! We got groceries, played games and watched moves I dare say we almost had the most fun just hanging out at the condo and doing nothing else! We have 2 teenagers so the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom were exactly what they needed since they don't mind sharing a room. We love Sea Pines, and the condo was right in the heart of SP. We drive to the beach, Salty Dog, and the light house in a matter of minutes. My husband and kids were very happy we could rent the bikes (with fees 3 bikes were only 50.00-which is a steal!) They rode all over SP and had a blast. The kitchen has everything you need, a washer and dryer is a must and it works great and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will for sure rent this condo again!

Nice location in sea pines, very close to beaches and restaurants. House was nice and clean and great for our family of 4. SomeKitchen basics are not provided, for example cooking spray and no beach towels are provided. This was our first time to sea pines and there are some sea pines amenities that you are not able to access unless you stay at the sea pines resort. The pool in the condo complex was not well maintained, the pool and bathrooms were both very dirty. Overall, great location for our family of four on our first trip to Hilton head.

This little condo was a great spot for our small family and conveniently located in Sea Pines where there is so much to do. We would definitely rebook this vacation spot.
