We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and what you’ve described is not the standard we aim for. We’ll be addressing this with our cleaning team right away to ensure it doesn’t happen again. While we do use automated tools to help with communication, there is always a real person behind the scenes who is happy to assist with any concerns during your stay. We wish we had the chance to address these issues while you were here. The home was also recently purchased by a new owner, and updates and improvements are already being planned to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve.

Carolyn, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, but we're very sorry to learn about your experience with our answering service team. We understand how stressful travel days can be, especially when you're managing luggage, food, and traveling with a toddler. Losing access to your email and needing assistance with check-in information is certainly a situation where you should have been met with patience and support. We sincerely apologize if our representative came across as rude or made you feel like your call was an inconvenience. That is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been after a long day of traveling. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will share your feedback with our team so we can address this internally and improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate your stay and hope that, despite this interaction, you were able to enjoy your time at the property. Thanks, NBE

Hi Brenda, We are so sorry the upstairs part of this home was warm. If this issue would have been brought to our attention we would've done our best to send maintenance to fix it for you. We do sincerely apologize for that. As for the futon beds, in the listing it does state there are three twins nd a sofa sleeper in the living room. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thanks, NBE
