Welcome to our secluded, custom-built Gruene River Home and Cottage on the Guadalupe River, 2-separate 2-Story Vacation Rentals on the same 1-Acre Guadalupe Riverfront Property, located in the Gruene Historic District amongst huge live oak, cypress and pecan trees.

Plenty of Deck and Patio spaces (7) are available, all of which overlook the Guadalupe River, and includes a Large Floating Dock! The Guadalupe Riverfront Yard is shaded and is perfect for outdoor gatherings, especially with the Group Seating, Group Dining, and Fire-Ring and Fire-Pit areas (firewood provided).

In the Gruene River Home, the Main Ground Floor Level includes the Living Room, a fully-furnished Gourmet Kitchen, and the Master Bedroom with Bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a full Bathroom, and will accommodate up to 3, with the King-Size Bed, and a Single Pop-Up Trundle Bed beneath it. The Living Room has 2 leather sofas that can each accommodate a smaller adult, an adolescent, or child, with all Bedding and Pillows provided. All rooms have Guadalupe River Views, and open to the Kitchen and Living Room.

Downstairs in the Gruene River Home, there are 2 Bedrooms, each of which will accommodate up to 3, with a King-Size Bed, and a Single Pop-Up Trundle Bed beneath. There is a shared Full Bathroom, and sweeping views of the River from all rooms. All Bedding and Pillows are provided.

The Gruene River Home can easily accommodate 3 couples in 3 Bedrooms, or can accommodate an additional 5 people using all the Single Beds and the 2 Leather Sofas.

The Gruene River Cottage is immediately adjacent to the Gruene River Home. The Main Ground Floor includes the Living Room, a fully-furnished Kitchenette, a Half-Bathroom, and a Bedroom. The Downstairs Bedroom has a Day-Bed, with a Single Pop-Up Trundle Bed beneath (can act as a King Bed), and will accommodate up to 2.. There is also a Large Office Desk w/Desk Chair, and an occasional swivel/rock Lounge Chair. In the Living Room is a Leather Sofa that can accommodate a smaller adult, an adolescent, or child, with all Bedding and Pillows provided. The Downstairs Bedroom opens to the Living Room, Kitchenette, Half-Bathroom, and Deck overlooking the Guadalupe River.

Upstairs, the Gruene River Cottage contains the Master Bedroom and adjoining Master Bathroom. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom contains a King-Size Bed a Full Bathroom, and sweeping views of the Guadalupe River from up high in the treetops.

The Gruene River Home and Cottage can accommodate a total of 16, if all King Beds are occupied by couples, and can accommodate 12 if all beds and sofas are slept in singly.

The Property includes the use of 2, 3-Person Kayaks, plenty of Float-Tubes (w/bottoms), float noodles, kick-boards, and fishing equipment.

There are 2 Grills on the Property: A Large Longhorn Grill in the Common Area by the Outdoor Group Seating and Group Dining Areas, as well as a Park-Grill on the Riverfront of the Guadalupe River, nearest our Floating Dock. Self-starting Charcoal provided for both.

We have an Exclusive Private-Personalized River Float-Trip experience, including pick-up and drop-off of your group, for a Float-Trip the begins and ends at our Property:

Our Outfitter will pack all required equipment (tubes, cooler-tubes, rafts, etc.), and Private-Shuttle your group to the put-in point. Once your Float Trip ends, the Outfitter will collect all the equipment.

There's no hassle of parking, paying for parking, waiting in line to rent equipment, riding communal buses, or collecting equipment for return, etc. Since this is a Private Service exclusive to our Property, you select the exact time of pick-up, as well as the exact length of time you are interested in for your Float-Trip.
