It was a great stay on the south side of the island! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice too. Parking was good. Everything you need is right there. Really enjoyed my stay! Host was great and keeps a great place!

Perfect weekend getaway stay for my husband and I! The cottage had everything we needed, was thoroughly cleaned and location was perfect for restaurant hopping and beach going. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location! Adorable quaint property with beautiful decor!! David was very detailed with accommodation information and prompt with responses to any questions I had. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

This villa was super clean and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for quick groceries, restaurants, bars, and just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach! Great find!

Peaceful Oasis

We had a great time at our bungalow. We were comfortable and close to everything Siesta key has to offer. From relaxing at the pool to dining out to walking to the beach — it was a great stay!

Great place, great location.

It was the perfect size for the two of us, very clean, and had everything we needed. Location was great, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Local cafes were nice too. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING LOCATION

This is our second time staying at this place but this time a different room. We love this place. Loved having the lanai facing the pool and lake. It is just the right size for 2 people. Walking distant to a few bar/restaurants which happened to be our favorites anyways! And walking distant to the beach. Highly recommend this place. We are already planning on coming back next year!!

My husband and I stayed 6 nights over spring break. I feel like some of our inconveniences was probably my oversight, but for the amount of money that we paid, we have uncomfortable accommodations. Our unit was incredibly small. The ceiling in the living space was so low I could place flat palms on the ceiling. The living space was very small. The bathroom was very small, small shower and no counter space. Our bedroom was comfortable. The pool is very small. All of the other guests staying in the other units were very nice, but there was a wide ranges of ages. My husband and I felt uncomfortable sitting by the pool, feeling like we were intruding on the younger crowd. If you are going to stay for the week, just be aware that there is not a lot of space. However, the property is in a great neighborhood with a lot to do. We were also pleased how easy it was to get to the beach.

Perfect Location.

This property couldn’t be better located. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, bike and golf cart rentals and the beach. We very much appreciated having the little mini kitchenette & sitting room with a separate bedroom. We were perfectly comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

No vehicle needed

Loved the location . Even thou we were in a busy area, it was quiet and pool area is very secluded. Short walk to beach and several eating spots. Shuttle was also available. High traffic area so not having to get in our car to drive was a big plus for us. Many nice restaurants nearby. I hope to return
