Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, this side of our duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

The villa is one half of a duplex, and highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This location was perfect. Fully stocked with all the beach items needed for a great day. The pool and beach access were so convenient. Just a few steps away from the free trolly. We didn’t have a car for our trip and it was not a problem with trolly and Lyft options.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! We loved how clean the unit was and how convenient it was that we could walk to dinner and breakfast! John was very helpful and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and just as described! It had everything our family of 4 needed for the beach and more! Great location, beautiful beach, awesome restaurants right across the street, added bonus that the trolley stopped so close to the house! Everything was perfect and John was a wonderful host (exceptional communication ). We will be back!

Lovely cottage - clean, cozy, and perfect for us and our two young kids. The kitchen was great and the laundry was so nice to have. Really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and wagon. The beach and pool were SO close to the cottage, as was a stop for the free trolley. Host communication was excellent and they even offered early check-in. Loved the stay here!

Great cottage very close to the beach and the pool. Decorated with a very cute beach theme. Mattress was perfect. The sheets were super soft. Good water pressure in the shower. TV’s were a good size. Plenty of charging stations thru out the cottage. Nice quality beach chairs and umbrella including a wagon. Within walking distance to some really good restaurants and ice cream spots. John was very quick to reply to questions. Check in was nicely done with receiving a letter with all the information about the cottage at least a week before checkin. Also forgot to mention the cottage is well stocked with basic supplies as well as having nice pans and dinnerware. We had a great stay.

Well equipped kitchen. Walk to beach and pool was easy. Host provided information on time and check in was allowed as soon as it was ready. Pictures were accurate of the villa. Convenient to many shops, restaurants, and free bus services.

This property was perfect for our family for our recent trip to Siesta Key. John was great to work with and very responsive! Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. The close proximity to the beach and being able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops was a huge plus!

Weekend getaway!

We have been planning and waiting for this weekend for two months and it did not disappoint! Very clean, easy access to where we wanted to go and everything available in the house for you. We will be staying here again and recommend it for any type of vacation.

Being on the South Village puts you in close proximity to the beach, pool, fishing, boating, sunsets and some of the most amazing seafood that the area has to offer. You can make your vacation as adventurous or as low key as your heart desires.

Being within 150 yards of the beach, and in the heart of the Village with many restaurants and shops, this property is the perfect location! The garden patio out of the back door is such a wonderful space for friends and guests. Grill out or go out as much as you like! Right across the street is Big Water Fish Market, Miguels, Tiki Bar, Toasted Mango Cafe, Captain Curt's, Davidson's Drugstore, a grocery store, and a bike rental list goes on and on! You don't need a car!
