Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, this side of our duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

The villa is one half of a duplex, and highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Amazing unit, amazing location

We had a long weekend getaway at this unit. It was just as pretty as the pictures! It had everything we needed and the King bed was very comfortable. We loved the location! We walked to the beach and to dinner every night. It was the perfect spot for a restful and fun weekend! We definitely would stay here again!

We really appreciated having two outdoor sitting areas. There was the back patio with very comfortable cushions and an umbrella, and when it rained, we enjoyed the chairs in the front as well. The beach equipment was the best!!! We were so grateful for new chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Access to the perfect beach and pool could not have been easier. Everything was so very convenient...no car necessary...and we love the trolley and the stop...just a few steps from our door.

Fun little beach apartment!

Pros: close distance to beach Comes with wagon, chairs, beach toys, umbrella Close to coffee shop / restaurants / ice cream Parking on site. A/C works well Host was communicative as we needed early check in and he was accommodating! Had everything we needed for 2 people, and then some. Cons: Parking for 1 midsize SUV was all there’s room for (Could fit 2 very small cars but it’s tight) The road directly in front of house is incredibly busy with both cars and pedestrians.. difficult to back out on/ off. You are near a club/ bar - noisy at night Thanks for an amazing time!

Comfort & Joy!

From the ease of check-in to the thoroughness of every provision, this home was filled with comfort and joy! My wife and I had not been to Siesta Key during the Christmas holidays before, and found our eight days there totally awesome. Every amenity one could imagine - it was there! Communication with owners was excellent ! We hop to return and stay at this perfect oasis on the Key!

Weekend getaway!

We have been planning and waiting for this weekend for two months and it did not disappoint! Very clean, easy access to where we wanted to go and everything available in the house for you. We will be staying here again and recommend it for any type of vacation.

Had a great time will be staying again. Close to the beach there chairs,wagon,and other stuff to take to the beach. The pool is right there as well.

Beach Getaway

We loved our stay at this cute two bedroom bungalow. Beach is very close. House was clean and well updated throughout it. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler all were accessible. Would stay again.

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our family for our recent trip to Siesta Key. John was great to work with and very responsive! Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. The close proximity to the beach and being able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops was a huge plus!

Made our first trip to SK enjoyable!

A great location for those wanting close access to the beach, shops, restaurants and a trolley stop that provides free shuttle service around the key. We loved having all that so close! This house is located on a busier road with a 7-11 and Pizza place directly across the street but was more of a convince than a burden. It was a little noisy at night with traffic but turned on sound machines and was fixed easily. It was nice being able to order groceries and have them delivered to keep the kitchen stocked for the week. Loved having access to a full kitchen vs a hotel. The owner was attentive, friendly and overall we would recommend any of our friends going to SK. We already shared the house with 3 people who saw our photos, and followed along our journey through social media.

Perfect for Small families and Siesta Key Show Fans

Perfect space for a family of 3 or 4 with an amazing location, especially if you are going with any fans of the MTV show. The owner is great and was quick to respond to any message or issue. They make it super easy by supplying pretty much everything you need to enjoy the beach and the pool, as well to feel right at home when you are relaxing indoors. Beach and pool are super close, and there are a ton of great restaurants within short walking distance. Def check out Pizza and Brew right across the street for some of the best NY pizza you will find not in NY. There is also a 7/11 and liquor store directly across the street as well. The only negative, which became a big issue for my family, were the beds and pillows are as hard as a rock, which made for uncomfortable nights of sleep. It may not be an issue for some, but if you or a family member are someone who are not comfortable with a SUPER stiff mattress this is not the place for. There are zero give on the two mattresses. I would highly recommend they add pillow topper for both beds, or something to at least soften them a little bit, as well upgrading the pillows and sheets. We are not super picky with bedrooms, but this completely knocked it down a star for us. Everything else was 5 stars!

Great Villa in a great location

We stayed in the villa for a week and it was absolutely perfect. It's in the best location and accessible to the beach, restaurants, and popular bars. The villa comes equipped with everything you need and was spotless. We will definitely be returning.

Siesta Key

Property was as described and in a great location. Very short walk to beach, pool and several restaurants. Check in process was easy. Beach gear and wagon was used every day! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean quiet stay in a great location

This property was located right across from many shops and restaurants and a quick free trolley ride to the village. Beach Entrance was easy and close by. House was well stocked with kitchen utensils and the beds were comfortable. Very nice place to stay.
