Charming, newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath with one large private parking space on quiet one-way street only a few blocks from town and a 5 min walk from the Ptown Ferry!

Converted to a condo in 2007 and updated again in 2017, Unit 1 is modern and yet comfortable and conveniently located Condo in a private 4-unit condo association. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and an expandable table for serving 4 or more guests. The living room features a flat screen tv equipped with cable tv and premium HD channels including a dvd\blueray player (a RedBox is nearby).

Other amenities include:

"Mini-split" central air system

Both bedrooms include Queen beds with new memory foam mattresses

Keurig single cup coffee brewer and complimentary K-cups

Equipped kitchen

Backyard common space and patio with a table, 6 chairs and a propane grill for BBQ-ing

* Weekly Rentals are a Saturday 4pm Check-in and a 11am Saturday Check-out( Aug 10th - Aug 17th is still available for weekly rental)

Great location, but...

The place is in a great location with parking! The house was nice enough, but the people upstairs were SO loud. A child was running around and we could hear loud talking which woke us up at 6:30am on a Sunday!!! Probably won't stay here again.

Convenient to Commercial Street

It’s not a huge house, but it was enough space for the four of us and it’s very convenient to commercial street. Hosts were able to accommodate us when we asked to add an extra day to our stay a month or so before, which we appreciated.

Has a ball!!

Cute property. Perfect walking distance to everything. Beds were super comfy. Bring bug spray if you go to Race Point Beach. The flies are frisky. Perfect weekend.

The place is very conveniently located, well kept and managed! We loved our stay there. Kitchen was fully equipped and ready. Fresh linen and towels were provided.

Small place but with a good location

The overall location of this home is great and there is parking which is really nice. The actual place is very small. The front door walks directly into the first “bedroom” so everyone needs to walk through that to get to the rest of the place. The house itself is quite old so the floors where slanted. Around the bed and underneath was still very dirty but what the eye could see was clean. There were a decent amount of ants in almost every room. Even though we loved the location I would not stay there again.

Very cozy condo

We were only in Provincetown for a weekend, but this condo was an adorable place to stay. Location can’t be beat!

Excellent location, average accommodation

Short walk to everything which was great. However, smoke alarms were missing from the bedrooms, floors were very uneven and squeaky. Upstairs neighbors were constantly thumping around. We will be looking for different accommodations for our next visit.

Loved this spot! Cute, convenient location, clean. The AC was super powerful too, which was incredible in the ptown summer heat. Highly recommend!

Perfect place in Provincetown MA

A lovely 2 bedroom, one floor apartment within a larger home that includes a parking space.. A short walk takes you right into town and to the water. We'll be back. We fell in love with Provincetown and its inclusive, creative, historic, and very friendly community.

Perfect location comfortable accommodations

Very comfortable and homey, with thoughtful touches, and the location is just as perfect as can be - very quick walk to downtown and the brewery. Owners were easy to work with. Parking spot is sizeable.

Great location and apartment, but no help at all from owners

The apartment is pleasant and the location is great. But the check-in instructions send you to the front door, which cannot be unlocked or opened from inside or out -- you have to use the back door, which fortunately a neighbor pointed out to us when he saw us struggling. And although the listing promises cable TV, when we arrived, the screen said service had been canceled due to failure to pay the account. We contacted the owner about both these things, but never received any response at all.

Excellent stay in ptown!

Perfect location just a short walk to the restaurants/bars/shopping. Cozy 2 bedroom with tranquil patio in the backyard. We hope to stay here again next time we come back to Provincetown.

Getaway

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy a few days in Ptown! The location to town was excellent and easy to get to everything! The condo was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to interact with and quick to respond to all inquiries. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Stay!

From the first message to inquire about booking until the moment we left the hosts were quick to respond and incredibly gracious! The unit was adorable and so clean, the beds were amazing. Plenty of hot water and parking directly in front of the unit. They were mere minutes from McMillan Pier so even if you don't have a car, you'll be fine. I will definitely be staying again! Thank you for having us!

Provincetown Getaway

Property is centrally located and an easy walk to everything in Provincetown. It is a bit on the small side and was comfortable for 2 people but with 2 bedrooms, may be a bit tight for more than 3 occupants. The property was cozily decorated and came with many amenities. The new foam mattresses were extrememly comfortable. I don't typically sleep well outside of my own bed but I slept very soundly here. In summary, this is a very nice property and very conveniently located. I would return again and would highly reccommend it to others.

Spring Weekend Away

My cousin and I spent a wonderful March weekend away at this home. It was cozy and comfortable- especially the beds! The home is so charming, including all of the local art work and the hardwood floors. We loved the proximity to town- just a few steps away from so many restaurants, shops and the harbor!
