Wonderful condo right on the water and walkable to all of Provincetown. The condo has a full kitchen and is stocked with lots of amenities (coffee, tea, ect)

Seas the day is a great place to stay in Ptown. It is conveniently located in town but off the street enough to be quiet and peaceful. The deck overlooking the harbor is a great space to relax and get some sun. The unit is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with anything you may need, plus it is within walking distance to everything the town has to offer. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Perfect seaside studio getaway. It’s quiet with a great deck with chairs to relax by the water. Well equipped condo. Centrally located, no need for a car. There is off street parking which is priceless! Alan is very responsive and will assist with whatever needs you have. We love the condo and the location. Enjoy! Kim and Sarah

Really nice little studio, right on the beach , near shops, food, everything. Things are lively on the street but it quiets down late evening.

The place is located right on the beach. Located right on the street to do some nice relaxing walking and shopping. With a few nice places to eat.

This was a wonderful property! The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Alan our host, thought of everything that you might need on a beach vacation including binoculars! He was very responsive to questions and/or concerns. The property has two decks that are right on the harbor in Provincetown. It's centrally located, you just walk out your door and you can walk to the center of town or the East End. There is parking for one car. Parking is tight, don't bring an SUV or oversized vehicle. We had a Nissan Altima sedan and parking was doable. If you come by ferry, it's not a long walk to the property. We hope to stay here again.

The property was in a great location and was very clean! It was just the right size for me and I would recommend staying her if you’re in Provincetown .

Amazing location and property. Beach is steps away and only about 5-10 minute walk into town. Room was larger than we were expecting and was the perfect space for our week vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect little condo in ideal location

The unit is small and very efficient— stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location could not be better, and Alan is responsive and helpful.

The condo was perfect as always. Alan is a welcoming host, and everything we could think of was there for our convenience. The views if the beach and harbor were spectacular day and night. Being early risers, the location was perfect for us to get out and walk throughout the downtown area before most others were out and about. A joyful weekend for us.

Amazing condo with splendid view

The place was so spotless clean with every amenity you could need. Bed and pillows super comfy, nice beautiful shower, nice kitchen, 1 minute walk to beach or restaurants and shopping! Would stay here again and highly recommend. Owner takes pride in place and it shows!

Nice efficiency apartment at perfect location

This is a perfect efficiency apartment located at the perfect location within walking distance of all the great places to see on Commercial Street in P-town. And it is right on the water and has a great deck to chill when the weather is nice. Convenient free parking too!
