Your personal complimentary beach loungers on an uncrowded beach are ready!

Imagine your very own wooden beach loungers on 3/4-mile of beautiful, uncrowded beach in a gated community. The loungers include an umbrella and cushions that are set up daily (March-October). That's a $65 per day value for the loungers. The serenity and view are priceless!

The beach is a two to three minute walk and you do NOT have to cross a busy street to get there. Just a nice, easy stroll.

When you're not at the beach, enjoy a beautiful lakefront 1BR 1BA Guest House in Carillon Beach. It's cozy and offers everything you need including full-size kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. For peaceful nights, there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The home offers a lot of space outside with a 150 square foot balcony with a dining set. There is also a beautiful patio with a grill, two Adirondack rocking chairs, and a porch swing that sit right on Lake Carillon - all perfect for Happy Hour and watching sunsets.

When you've had enough sand, enjoy the three pools - one overlooking the majestic Gulf of Mexico, a heated pool, or the pool just five lots from InnJoy. When you return, enjoy the outside shower with hot water.

The owners live in the main house on the property so we're available if you have any problems or need any assistance selecting that perfect restaurant. We will treat you like guests in our own home!

Tonda is an amazing hostess and she has thought of everything. What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The lake is gorgeous at sunset. Super short walk to the beach and convenience to the pool. We enjoyed our week and hope to visit again soon.

Perfect Getaway!

I would definitely recommend this spot for any couple looking for a private getaway. It’s just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from all of the 30A beaches. The home had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Spring getaway

This is the 4th stay at Innjoy. This charming guest house s perfect for 2. Clean and love the location on the lake and easy walk to beach. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. Love Carillon beach!

Really good location and community. Easy, quick walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella were great to have. Pool is even closer and the views of the lake from the property were awesome. Owners were great to work with.

Wonderful place to stay!

You won’t find a better host or property! Tonda was very accommodating and an excellent host. My daughter and I enjoyed o our stay so much that we didn’t want to go home. The guest house was exactly described and Tonda has literally thought of everything!

Cosy friendly carriage house only steps from the beach

The host is super friendly. The view from living room and balcony is incredible. The beds are very comfy. We have been here the 2nd time and we have planned to come back.

Exceptional Stay at InnJoy

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at InnJoy. The property was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and just a short walk from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Tonda is a fantastic host, you can truly tell she goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an exceptional experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Cozy and clean

Innjoy is a fabulous, cozy cottage with a wonderful view of Lake Carillon. The property is safe, quiet and clean. The owners provided all the essentials I needed during my week long vacation.

We moved into the completed main house on the property in December 2018 and live there full time. We love recommending places to go and eat. It's like having your own tour guides onsite!

We searched for years looking for the right beach location. After a taste of the hustle and bustle of Rosemary and Seaside and all points in between, we stumbled across Carillon Beach. So much more peaceful and so less crowded. No need to cross a major busy street and fight for a spot on the beach. Now we have two lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved on the beach in our own little slice of heaven allowing us and our guests to come and go as we please. No traffic issues to deal with as Carillon's entrance is on Hwy 98 - just across the Lake Powell bridge. We can go enjoy all that 30A has to offer when we choose without dealing with the daily traffic. If you want to have a relaxing vacation, please try "InnJoy" at Carillon Beach and "enjoy" all we have to offer.
