RIGHT ON THE BEACH ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR, privately Owned 2 Bed 2 Bath, BEACH FRONT LOWER COTTAGE with fenced garden view for safety! FREE DESIGNATED PRIVATE PARKING FEW FEET FROM COTTAGE! Bigest private parking in the area. Large RV, Trailer or boat parking allowed on property IF PREAPPROVAL REQUESTED. The Baby Bahama LOWER Cottage is a boutique 1100 sq feet cottage which includes an extra-large covered deck facing the garden. No streets to cross, directly on the beach. The booking is ONLY Valid for the number of guests stated and registered in your booking, including any children. No day or night visitors or additional guests are allowed anywhere on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional guests or visitors over the stated guests need to be preapproved, and if approved, additional fees are required for the entire length of the group's stay. Our beach front cottage is fully furnished with 2-bedroom 2-bathroom of living space and sleeps from 2 up to 6 guests or 12 guests (when rented with upper unit VRBO Listing #437382). It has direct access to our beautiful white sandy beach and the Gulf of America. Large patio and balcony deck areas for entertaining, socializing, and even just relaxing. Listen to the waves of the Gulf and walk a few feet to the beach to stare out at the beautiful views over the white crystal beach sands while you enjoy the sunsets. This cottage is fully equipped with just about everything you need, including linens and bath towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans, deck/balcony chairs, patio table w/umbrella, outdoor security cameras and more.

Very nice property and easy access to the beach. No view of the gulf from the lower deck but it was just steps away.TV didn't work and hosts had a new one same day as we reported it. Had a great time.

Thank you for taking the time to review us which is always appreciated! So future guests know...the TV was working. It was just taking a minute or so for a clear picture to come on so we did replace it immediately for them. Also as shown in the pictures on the website, there is a fence around the property and though you cannot see the sand from the deck there is definitely a partial gulf water view over the fence.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, easy access to the beach. A few things could use some updating, like the recliners and dishwasher. Could use some baking sheets and maybe some whisks. And the water in the master bathroom fluctuates a little. But the beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable, kitchen was functional. Place was very clean. Fit our family comfortably. It was nice to be able to walk out the door and through the gate and be on the beach. Host was very attentive and responded quick. Definitely would recommend to others.

Thank you so much for the 5 star review and for the suggestions and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We review everything in the off season and update what we see needs updating. Our kitchen is very well stocked and there is a baking sheet and there actually was a whisk before. We tell our guests if there is anything they need to please tell us and we will do our best. We don't understand what is meant by the water fluctuating in the master bathroom. We have tankless water heaters and it is normal for the water to take a minute or so to become hot but you have endless hot water, unlike a regular water heater. Thank you again!

Wonderful rental! The beach is just steps away. The owners are easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent here again! 2 things I loved-parking is easy and there are plenty of towels.

Quiet and Quaint Place to Stay

Nice Cottage with Great Location

Yes, the lower cottage does have a privacy fence around the garden which allows for a view of the gulf water over it as shown on the website but on the other hand the cottage is only a few steps to our beautiful beach and to your private parking with no elevators to wait for!

Great location and great service

The home is in the sand, the management is very nice and helpful. The home is near everything we need but is in a calme and safety area as well not need move for nothing. Perfect place for families. Great property for your family vacation. We loved.

Amazing, private, relaxing!

This was such a quiet and relaxing stay for us, we went during spring break and were completely away from all rowdy. The privacy is amazing and such a cute place with everything you need! <2

Thank you for the 5 star review and we are so glad you enjoyed our cottage and your stay! The picture of the property shows the view exactly as it is. Though there is a privacy fence around the property and the lower unit does not have a direct view of the sandy beach and shoreline as the upper cottage does, it does have a partial gulf water view over the fence that can be seen from inside and outside of the lower cottage. And if you step outside the gate, our beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away!

Yes& yes. The people in the cottage above us were noisy and didn’t follow the rules we got. We were under the impression we could use a “shared” pool. The owner said no.

Thank you very much for your review; however we are surprised these guests never mentioned anything at all about our other guests being noisy and not following the rules, since they also did not mention what rules they are talking about. This is especially surprising since at check in I told them, as I always do, if they have any issues please let us know right away and we will take care of it. I also ran into one of the guests twice and both times in friendly conversations I asked if everything was ok and comfortable and he assured me it was. Regarding the pool, we are really perplexed since there is absolutely no mention on Vrbo that the cottage has a pool other than the fact that it clearly states there is NO POOL. There is a private pool for the private property next door but that is a completely different property from the cottages. The guest that assured me that everything was fine did ask if his mom could use the pool next door which surprised me and of course I said it was not part of the cottage rental. I don't know where her impression came from as is stated in the review because there was never any mention of a "shared pool" on Vrbo or by me or by anyone nor are there any pictures of a pool on Vrbo for the lower cottage.

Nice location easy access to the beach. We had issue with the place it self and that created communication problems. We did relocate and they did refund all expenses promptly.

There was absolutely no communication issue on our part as we always responded to their calls and texts in literally a few seconds. Our policies, amount of guests permitted, and size and layout of beds is crystal clear on Vrbo and also reiterated in the rental agreement, texts, and e-mails with these guests. They asked if they could move to the unit upstairs which had a better view. It happened to be vacant for their stay and we told them to look at it first to make sure. They commented that it was the same layout but it was good. The next morning they texted thanking us but had decided they wanted to leave. Even though the reservation is non-refundable, we decided it was better for them to leave and to refund their payment.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Everything about my stay was perfect-the initial booking, Donna meeting me at the property for check-in, the location, the cottage, plenty of restaurants in the area, relative privacy of the beach, friendliness of Donna and Al and the overall value for the price. I wouldn't have changed anything. This will be my go-to property for future beach vacations.

Great house!

Nicely renovated and appointed cottage on beach. We had a wonderful stay and were met by Patrick with a heartwarming welcome. He gave us pointers on where to eat, shop and play. The kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and appliances. Very clean!!

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Baby Bahama! It was perfect. The place was spotless. We enjoyed getting to meet the owners! They were the perfect hosts! Everything was great and convenient as far as the property and the location. I enjoyed the beach access was right there and it was nicely updated inside and comfortable. I was not pleased with the fact that we were asked if we “were leaving soon” 20 minutes before checkout time. I paid a lot of money to be there and I will stay up until 10am checkout time and do not want to feel rushed to leave because you are eager to get the cleaners in for another guest. You should allow your renters to take their time up to the checkout time and not make them feel like they need to hurry out when they have 20 minutes left to make sure they did everything on your “checklist”.

Thank you for the 5-star review and we are so glad you found everything great as we make every attempt to make our guests’ experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately, the rest of this review is misleading. Even though the cottage can hold up to 6 guests total including day/night visitors, these guests reserved for 3 nights for 3 registered guests total including any day/night visitors (which they confirmed on-line, in the rental agreement and at check-in) taking advantage of our “discounted maximum 4 registered guests including day/night visitors total rate.” In the end they had 6-7 people sleeping and staying in the cottage the whole time and when I arrived at the property 10 minutes to check-out (not 20) they were all running around frantically, packing, still washing clothes, and trying to get ready. There was a lot of disheveled commotion, but for courtesy and respect I will leave it at that. I chose not to say anything about the unauthorized people in the cottage and just wanted to say goodbye and wish them a safe drive home so I asked the guest who had made the reservation if they were leaving then. He seemed in a bad mood and he angrily responded he had 10 more minutes to check out and planned to use all of it. I said of course, to take his time. We don't pressure and are always very happy to let guests check in early and leave late whenever possible, and even given the broken guest policy here, we certainly did not pressure.

Loved our stay here !!!

The listing for this property is exactly accurate. A great location! Mostly all in walking distance, my husband and I brought our two young children and was able to literally just take a couple steps and it was right on the Beach! We explored front beach road and there was several places to go. Alfred and Donna were great! If I ever needed anything I could text and got a reply back very quickly! We highly recommend this place, and will probably stay again with them next year !
