3 bedroom, 3 bath house, Sleeps 8. **Newly renovated and professionally decorated**

Carillon is a private gated community with 24 hour security just 6 minutes from 30A and Rosemary Beach.

Summer Magic is a dreamy classic beach cottage centrally located to everything and on a very quiet street. Summer Magic is just a short walk to the beach, park, tennis courts, pool, chapel and downtown Carillon. You will find yourself relaxing on the screen porch and listening to the beautiful songs played by the Carillon Bells. Everything will be provided for you from a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, games and toys for kids. We have taken every effort to provide a clean house for your visit including all bedding cleaned after every visit. Summer Magic will provide your family wanting for nothing and allowing you to focus on one another to make memories.

Summer Magic's master suite has a king bed and private bath. The guest room with queen bed also has it's own bath. A bunk room with 4 bunks is the ideal retreat for kids with plenty of storage and individual reading lights. The bunk room bath is located just outside the room. Enjoy cooking in a brand new fully stocked kitchen! Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, dining table, or the on the screened in porch. The living room provides plenty of seating for your whole family while playing one of the many games or watching one the family dvds provided. Upon returning from a wonderful day at Carillon's quiet beach you can enjoy the convenience of the private outdoor shower located on shed.

Summer Magic is a short walk to the beach - 1 block! At Walkover #2 you will find 2 private "Summer Magic" beach chairs reserved just for you.

Carillon is an ideal location if you are looking for convenience! Carillon allows you to enjoy the peacefulness of a quiet beach while being only a 6 minute drive from 30A and Rosemary Beach. A short 3 minute drive for groceries at either Publix or Winn Dixie. If you forgot anything, head to Pier Park - every store you find at home will be here and is less than 15 minutes away. For those rainy days head to Pier Park's Grand 16 Theater. To make your travel even easier, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is only 20 minutes away.

Carillon will provide your family with added fun in addition to the beach. Enjoy one of the three pools, tennis courts, basketball court, fishing at the pier, playground and playhouse for kids, downtown Carillon (restaurants, shops, and spa), and the Meeting House. During the summer season you will enjoy weekly free concerts, activities for kids including a Wednesday morning "camp", as well as holiday celebrations such as the Fourth of July Parade.

Summer Magical!

This was our second time staying at this house. It is such a perfect beach house for our family of four—so clean, great proximity to the beach walkover, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including fun family games and puzzles. I have only wonderful things to say about Summer Magic! We would definitely return here again.

Wonderful stay at Summer Magic!

We enjoyed the house & Carillon beach & community. Summer Magic is so well appointed & clean- comfortable beds & everything you need to cook a nice dinner. Enjoyed coffee & a book on the spacious screened in porch. Courtney was responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend Summer Magic!! A magical stay at summer magic!

This property deserves more than 5 stars! This house is impeccable. The whole house was clean, had a stocked kitchen of utensils, cutting boards, and containers, and the beds were comfortable and bath towels soft. They even provided pool towels that were thick. The house is a quick 1 min walk to a beach walkover and a couple minute walk to all the pools. I hope this review doesn’t jinx us in not being able to book the house again because it becomes so popular! We will definitely stay here again!

So pleased!

Summer Magic is a beautifully decorated and super functional beach home with a fantastic layout ! We loved the location as well since it is a short walk to the bell tower, basketball court/pool as well as to the beach. The living area has more than enough room for a large family to watch a movie and the kitchen comfortably seats a large family as well. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you would need including a blender, muffin pan, 2 types of coffee makers, croc pot, 4 slot toaster… it has it all! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. We loved the thoughtfulness of monogrammed beach towels and so many board games. Summer Magic is impeccably clean! We can’t wait to book for next year!!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in carillon several times and really love this community for a beach trip with our young children. The property is beautiful, as described, pictures are up to date, very clean. The price is on par for the condition and attention to detail of the home. The paper products, cleaning supplies, and beach towels were more than adequate for our week stay. I personally loved the house was not filled with random condiments, oils, butters, etc, that you sometimes find in vacation rentals. Some people may miss this, but it’s hard to know what’s cleaned and how pervious users have kept those things germ free. We really appreciated the check out process, it didn’t feel as though we were being asked to clean the entire house while also paying a cleaning fee. The beach chairs closer to the water were a nice touch. We enjoyed them much more than the bulky lounges farther from the water. We would love to come back to this property. 10/10

Beautiful Beach House!

Summer Magic is a beautiful beach house! Very clean, perfectly decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the screened-in porch! Loved hearing the Carillon Bells ringing!! So close to the beach! Communication with Courtney could not have been better. We will definitely keep Summer Magic at the top of our list for vacation spots!!

Charming and Clean

This was the perfect home for us. We loved how charming and clean it was! We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened-in porch. The location was perfect, so close to the beautiful beach! We also loved having the beach chairs waiting for us every day that came with the house. The house was immaculate and felt brand new. The owners thought of everything. And, the beds were super cozy. The owner was also very responsive!

Beautiful home, most comfortable stay!

I’ve been inside lots of homes in Carillon and this might be the nicest. It’s small, but spacious; beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is an absolute dream. The bathrooms are gorgeous and have plenty of storage. The linens are luxurious. And the location is fantastic- so easy to hop down to the beach, pool, or downtown area. 10/10 highly recommend!

Summer Magic

Just had a delightful week at Summer Magic in Carillion Beach. The house was very pretty, clean, organized, and well stocked. Great screened in front porch. Super fun to be outdoors without having to be concerned with the bugs. This was our first stay at Summer Magic, and will be keeping this home in mind for a future trip.

Dreamy beach vacation

Our spring break stay at Summer Magic exceeded all expectations! The house was spotless and impeccably organized with all the essentials. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Summer Magic is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 6 (including children ages 5 and 7). From board games to a selection of dvds, the house was prepared for a rainy day, but luckily the weather was perfect the week we were there. The kids loved the bunk room. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were so comfortable that we inquired about the brand afterwards. Courtney’s thorough communication greatly helped with our planning efforts. Summer Magic is a few minutes walk from the beach and heated pool. We really enjoyed the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas that were included. Carillon Beach is a special retreat from the hustle and bustle of neighboring areas. We hope to return to Summer Magic again soon.

Picture Perfect!

Summer Magic is absolutely stunning! From the beautiful screened in front porch, to the open kitchen and living space, calm and serene bedrooms, 3 large spa like showers, all the way to the inviting twinkle light backyard! It truly feels like a home away from home! Courtney has thought of everything. As a mom of 3 I so appreciated the sound machines and nightlights in all the bedrooms, along with an extra for the hallway. The movies, games, and toys were so much fun to use and enjoy as a family! Everything is clean, neat, and tidy and has it own place (almost everything is labeled which was so helpful when putting things back or turning on the correct light switches). The location is perfect - it's a quick walk to the heated pool by the tennis courts and its even a quicker walk to the beach. We loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to go down for the sunrise and sunset it is breathtaking! Courtney was responsive and helpful during the whole process. We made so many wonderful memories during this trip, it truly was picture perfect! My kids were begging to come back even before we ended the trip! We could not be more happy with our stay at Summer Magic and really hope to come back in the future! Thank you Courtney!

We are the Hancock Family, Courtney and Jerry, along with our twin daughters. We are from Nashville, TN. Our lives feel busy with work, school, and all the activities in between. We wanted a place where we could completely unplug from our daily lives and focus on each other to make lasting memories. Summer Magic gives us that consistent place where we can look back on the fun times we for shells on the beach, hooking our floats together in the ocean, playing silly games at the pool, playing board games on the porch, after dinner bike rides, our nightly chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven, reading chapter books to our girls on the porch, and staying up way too late because we are having so much fun together!

We first came to Carillon over a decade ago when our friends were married in the Meeting House. That first introduction made us fall in love with Carillon! With two young daughters we wanted a quiet beach with activities we could enjoy in addition to the beach such as swimming pools, a playground, and bike riding. Carillon takes you away to what feels like a little piece of "Mayberry" where the houses have white picket fences, every property is well maintained, and the neighbors always say hello when sitting on their porches.

We fell in love with our house after renting it several years ago. When it came on the market, we knew this house was meant to be! We quickly made an offer and our dream beach house became a reality. What made us fall in love our house is it looks quaint and cozy but lives large, the screened in porch, the proximity to everything we love in Carillon, and our favorite part is being close enough to hear the bells which Carillon is named after.
