Welcome to Island Sun, a gorgeous beach getaway with three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms located directly across from Siesta Key Beach! Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the shared backyard that has a sparkling pool. Vacation dreams come true at Island Sun!

Take the stairs up to your private side of the duplex and immediately feel the vacation vibes as you walk in. There is a beautiful nautical seating area with two sofas and a large TV. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, basic cookware, and there is a chic dining table as well as countertop seating. Through the sliding glass doors is the deck that has seating and overlooks the pool.

The primary bedroom has bright beach décor, a premium mattress, plenty of storage space, and a TV. The guest bedrooms have calming colors with a delightful nautical touch. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Beach access number 10 directly across the road . Pool very private with great grilling areas .

Wonderful!

Stayed here for my friends bachelorette party. Great property and amazing location! Breach is right across the street and just a short walk to town. Pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Fun retreat

This property was very nice. The location was within a short walking distance to the beach, pickleball courts, and the Village. The game room was warm, but we had a lot of fun. The pool area and pool were wonderful, the foliage kept it very shaded, cool, and refreshing. We had an issue with a bed and the maintenance team came right away and fixed it. The pool alarms on the doors were annoying, but understand why they were needed. If older people are traveling with you, just be aware there are a lot of stairs. This was overall a wonderful experience for us and would recommend to others.

Location, location, location!

Perfect location and beautiful home. Pool was really nice to have although there were a couple safety hazards in some of the pavers around the pool. We became familiar with them and avoided them. The only other issue we had was the water pressure for the shower was very weak. It was not a pleasant shower thats for sure. Otherwise everything was great!

Steps away from beach access

Loved the pool and being so close to beach! rental was steo up with towels for beach chairs wagon and cooler just show up with your bathing suit and your set!

Excellent place

We stayed with family, perfect clean place, short walk from the beach. The pool was a plus on the hot days! Kids loved it! The rooms were very spacious! Very clean!

Location, Pool, Host Communication Great

Host communication was clear and responsive. Location adjacent to public beach access path was fantastic. Home is great, fully stocked kitchen and abundant towels. Pool was perfect, with lots of shade. Plenty of parking available. The game room in the listing was the only disappointment, as its games were worn with missing parts, such as the missing air hockey paddle. Also, the game room has no HVAC, so usage during the summer months is going to be very warm.

Great spot for a smaller group

This was a great condo within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that! Management could go through the kitchen and thin out all of the gadgets and utensils. It had more than you need and left little room for grocery storage. We will be back!!

Good value, Good location, Good amenities

8 min walk to the gulf...and beach access was basically across the street! Very relaxing pool for evenings (shared pool but was never an issue with the neighboring unit), grills available and game room for kids/adults. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds and quality linens..one bedroom had a bunk for multiple kids which came in handy. Overall I could continue to list all the pros but we simply loved the property and would absolutely return. Host agency was responsive to any questions we had throughout the booking phase and during our stay. Thank you

Perfect location across the street from the beach and a half mile to the village. House was clean with a great pool and game room for entertainment. Provided chairs, small cooler and cart for traveling. Had an. Issue with the door lock a d the maintenance was there to fix it in 5 minutes.

Could use some TLC

Cons: The stairs are a huge killer. My in-laws weren’t happy. Would help to have an elevator. Not ADA friendly at all. Too many pots and pan in kitchen leave zero room for storage. Our food was all over the place. Kitchen counter space is very small for cooking and prepping. Ice maker not working. Sofa bed super old, most uncomfortable sofa in the world-pro tip: bring an inflatable mattress and ditch the sofa bed. No towel hangers in bathrooms or bedrooms. Bedroom fan noisy, my husband had to attach to ceiling. Shower upstairs can have better setup, everything gets wet and no water pressure at all. Can’t control A/C, hot during daytime, freezing at night. Backyard filthy, pool full of sand and barely maintained. Grills full of grease, burn food. Nobody came to clean up patio, spray for bugs or trim overgrown foliage. We had to clean after previous messy renters and messy neighbors on apt A. Dryer old, sounds like a screaming gorilla. Gross. Pros: beds are ok. Clean sheets and towels. Location is perfect. Parking is comfortable for 3 cars. Quiet and private. Pool is a plus for kids after a nice morning at the beach or for a night swim. Management responded quickly to fridge issue but never fixed the ice maker as promised. We’d like to explore options with elevator or one-story for next year. We won’t be coming back to this one mostly because of stairs.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location for beach lovers and Avery short trolley ride to the village. I’d like to give a five star review but the condition of the furniture can’t be ignored. It’s just bad. The two couches were uncomfortable and dirty. We covered them with a blanket. The mattress and bedding needs replacing. Most of the outdoor furniture is at best uncomfortable. The unit, location and service was great.

It was a rocky start but it worked out. Communication was a bit rough on some issues, we had a hard time opening the rec room and the person responding seemed annoyed like we should know. When I first arrived I noticed the front door was so dirty, not a great first impression as I wanted everything to be special because it was my 50th birthday and my friends came from all over. I ended up cleaning the door myself. Everything seemed fairly clean, but the pull out sofa had stains. My friend slept on the couch and we asked for blankets they first said they were there, they weren't, then again they said the company doesn't provide any, then third time we received blankets. There were a few small roaches, but understandable as it is Florida. Pretty fully stocked kitchen except no can opener, maybe someone had taken it. The toilets were a slow to flush. The outside seating was not as clean. Everything was taken care of eventually. I paid for this place because my friends came from all over, despite these mishaps it turned out to be a special time because what mattered was I was together with my besties. The location was the best part and trolleys are always right there and the Village was like a 10 minute walk.
