Just minutes to the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and all the shops, restaurants and pubs of Siesta Key Village. Cast your fishing line right off the sea side deck on the property. Stairs access right into the blue-green gulf waters…3 bedrooms and a mother-in-law suite… 3 1/2 baths, 3 decks (1 screened in) 1/4 from a beach and 2 miles from charming SK Village. This enchanting beach house truly extends the OLDFLORIDA feel with the tropical landscaping and serene waters. This house sleeps 8 comfortably... We provide WiFi , a grill, and a Keurig coffee pot. A partially fenced in yard and lush landscaping gives you lots of privacy. Why go to the beach, when you can swim and fish right in your backyard! Also very close to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota—about a 15 minute drive to both. Perfect for a family vacation or relaxation, excellent for families not wanting to leave the property. NOTE; This is an OLD FLORIDA FEEL, not new, but so charming. Also location, location, and location…and we have it right on Siesta Key.

Older but very nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable and short walk to beautiful sunsets. Fishing was great right in front. Caught a flounder right at the steps.

The property was nice. We were a group of 5 women and everyone of us thought we were directly on the water from the way the property is advertised on VRBO. When we arrived we were a little confused as we were actually in the back house of the property and had to walk a little bit to get out to the water view which was amazing. The only other issue we had was with dead and alive roaches and spiders. We are all from Florida and do understand seeing a couple here and there but we did see quite a few. We did enjoy our stay and everything else was good with the property!

The property worked perfectly for my family. The deck out back has beautiful views and the fishing back there is excellent. There’s plenty of space to lay out, too, and it’s very private. I thought the property description was clear, and it looked as I expected. There are beautiful beaches within a short drive plus many stores and restaurants. Check in/out was very easy, and the host was very easy to contact and was responsive. This was an easy, relaxing vacation.

We had an excellent experience. We thought the dock would have been right outside the door, you have to walk to the end of the property but the view is absolutely beautiful. Would certainly consider going back.

Karen was very welcoming and responsive by messaging. The location was great and easy access to the water was so nice. Shampoo isn’t provided but this is noted in the property description. Property is very nice but on the slightly older side. We had an overall great stay!

Perfect location and the beach/patio was so relaxing and beautiful. All the amenities you need are provided. Property is older, but it’s as described. If you want/need everything updated I’d look elsewhere but if you’re most concerned about location, space, and private beach/water access this is perfect. We were surprised that that beach/patio isn’t right off the house but the 50 or so steps steps around the other property it connects to isn’t an issue. The owner is onsite and was very helpful/friendly.

Cleaners still there an hour past check in time. Towels still damp due to not enough time to dry and floors not clean. Description and photos of property details misleading. Unable to reach host by phone, attempted to call 3 times.

First of all Brandyn you never read or followed our directions on where to walk to the beach. You were on THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY TALKING OVER THE FENCE WITH THE NEIGHBORS. AND PLAYING FRIZBEE ON THEIR SAND! The rules state stay on the property do no use the neighbors. And you did not listen. You were a nice family, nice wife, so I gave you a nice review. But I would never rent to you again I NEVER ANSWERD MY PHONE. WHAT A LIE, YOU NEVER CALLED ME ONCE. LETS SEE THE PHONE RECORDS. The house was ready for you. Towels may have been wet but you seemed to enjoy the backyard every single day. Good Luck !

Relaxing Beach Getaway

A little piece of paradise!

This house was amazing! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect to the water and it was a 5 minute drive to the main restaurant strip as well as to the main beach. Communication was perfect by the host as well. Highly recommend!

Vacation

We enjoyed the patio at the waterside, the screened in porch and the open porch. The highlight was watching the eagles in the nest next to the waterside nest in the huge tree!

Great location.

Great location. Wonderful view of the ocean off siesta key. Steps to the ocean. Brought our paddleboards. So close to Siesta Key Village. Nice place. Plenty of room for a big family. Great owner.

Great stay.

Lots of nice features to make a stay enjoyable. The house is comfortable, a bit worn, lacking a few kitchen items, but overall it’s very do-able. It is fairly close to the street so there is some traffic noise but it dies down at night. For sure the highlight is sitting on the deck out back of the houses and watching the sun set.
