The Surfside Condo is Dog-Friendly for 1 Dog of 50lbs or fewer pounds or two dogs with a combined weight of 50 pounds. An additional $35/night/dog pet fee will be applied for guests with pets. Guests with Pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

Stayed 4th of July weekend with my family. Perfect location to the beach and village. Management team was great with communication and accommodations. Unit was clean and easy check in and check out process.

No ocean view from the bottom unit. Long walk to the beach. Only one bathroom for three bedrooms, which we knew may be tight and was. Otherwise everything was perfect.

For the most part it was a great pick.. on the surface clean.. as long as your aren’t ocd and don’t look.. beach walk not bad.. thought we was able to see it from home but no. Needs to be more parking. Having an outside shower was a plus . Even though we had some hiccups with parking we would chose this place again.. We

We felt extremly blessed to have found this beach rental. The location was excellent for us to walk to the village or to the beach. The back yard offered a peaceful retreat at any time of the day.There was nature all around us which is something we truly love and appreciate.The beds were super, super comfy.We are reserving this condo again next year.Everything about our stay was as expected, or better.Barb

Great location- Easy access to white sandy beach and Siesta Key village. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.The only two drawbacks we found: 1. The front bedroom was loud due to traffic on Ocean Street. 2. Only two rolls of toilet paper included.
