The Trulli "THE PLACES OF THE SUN" are immersed in the lush greenery of the park of the Olive Trees of the Murgia Salentina, a few kilometers from the inhabited centers of Latiano, San Michele Salentino, San Vito dei Normanni, Ostuni and the beautiful beaches of Torre Guaceto. The apartment "IL''SOLE" is one of the two "I Luoghi of the Sun" and is designed for a maximum of 6 guests.
The whole trullo complex consists of two living areas (2 apartments), with individual entrance from the outside. Each room can accommodate up to 6 people. In all the complex a n. max of 12 people altogether. If you want to book the whole complex for more than 6 people you must visit the announcement n. 8443518 of Homelidays. Possible max an additional bed can be placed only by agreement between the guests and the owner.
The historical complex:
The historical structure was born in the '800 at the time of the planting of olive trees (over 120 years ago), was restored from 2016 to 2017 and has 7 authentic cones of which 3 of the Saracen type (Arabic) to which internally has been left exposed stone as it was in the beginning. The addition of two lamias on the west back has made it possible to integrate the functional complex that is divided into two rather similar apartments. The lamias are divided by a common courtyard or solarium and two private shaded courtyards for relaxation in moments of greatest insolation. There is a large swimming pool of 12.00x 6.00 that is exclusive to those who book the entire villa, or alternatively is shared when the apartments are occupied by several families. The lamie (volumes that contain the bedrooms) in addition sign the Pugliese array of the complex without detracting from the charm of the time, on a large property of about 10,000 square meters overlooking the rooms of the structure. The apartment consists of an alcove / living room with large cone arranged to accommodate up to 2 guests, a small room with bunk bed sized for adults (for 2 people) a bathroom, a large cone intended for a kitchenette, and a large double bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The trullo "I LUOGHI DEL SOLE" has a fabulous indoor microclimate for the summer holidays because cool at the time of the greatest insolation and normal in the evening when the thermal excursion (even aggressive sometimes) imposes a normal environment. The areas are equipped with fireplaces that work for the winter.
The structure overlooks the Provincial Road SP47 (Brindisi), is not isolated as there are other n. 4 similar structures a stone's throw away and is only 4 km from the Appia road that connects Taranto to Brindisi. It is about 7 km from the Auschan shopping center in Messagne where guests can buy food shopping and shopping.

Sea:
Torre Guaceto is a Marine Nature Reserve with breathtaking beaches that is about 20min on the Adriatic Sea.
Lido Specchiola 20min. Torre Santa Sabina 25 min. Punta Prosciuto with the Caribbean beaches on the Ionian Sea, is only 30 min.
City:
Lecce with its splendid Baroque Palaces is 1h, Brindisi 20min, Taranto with its wonderful archaeological museum and the historic center, 40mi; Bari is 1h 10 min, so you can visit the historic city and the crypt of San Nicola. Gallipoli about 1h with its beautiful old town and castle.
Castelli Svevi:
Within a radius of about 10-16km you can visit the historic centers of Ostuni the white city, Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno, San Vito dei Normani, Oria, Messagne, Francavilla Fontana, all with a Swabian castle of about 1200. A little further to 25km from the Trullo rises Alberobello, the city of trulli Unesco heritage. At 20 km another white town Locorotondo, built on a ridge of rock with breathtaking views of the velle dei trulli.

Food & Wine.
Food and wine tours can be made in the cellars of Loccorotondo for its white wine and at the companies in the area of Manduria 30min from the trullo, famous for its Primitivo rosso and rosè.
It is necessary that the guests are equipped with a car for travel. The owners can arrange for hire upon request by the guests, at the accredited companies in the sector.
The structure is connected to the Farmhouse "IL CASALE" of Altamura in the Alta Murgia area.
