Private Three Mile Beach plus BRAND NEW ELEVATOR!

Beachfront Bliss is our family's vacation home. It is a three bedroom, two bath condo situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers spectacular views of the Gulf, access to a world class Beach Club and pool complex and exclusive use of Pointe West's private, manicured beach. Everything about Beachfront Bliss has been designed to offer a memorable and relaxing vacation for the entire family.

One of the newer units available in the Galveston premium rental market, our constantly updated retreat offers a master suite with new king bed, a guest bedroom with queen bed and a kids’ bedroom with "twin over full" bunk beds. There is also a nice rollaway cot which enables the condo to sleep a total of eight people in restful comfort. All bedrooms offer hi-def televisions (cable service is available in the master and guest bedrooms as well as the living room). The kitchen offers state-of-the-art stainless appliances, Quartz counter tops, a breakfast counter and ocean views for the chef. Eat indoors at the six person dining table or outdoors on the shaded, corner deck listening to the waves breaking on the beach.

There is a recent 60" 4k LCD television with 4k + Blu-ray DVD player in the living room for viewing whenever you're not at the Beach Club or on the beach itself. You will also find board and card games and a good selection of family-friendly DVD movies for "together" time. High speed internet and wifi are available throughout the condo and are offered during your stay at no charge.

Pointe West is a complete resort community. It offers more than a mile of private, manicured, vehicle-free white sand beach located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Club has over 20,000 square feet of deck space, an infinity pool, kiddie pool, family-sized hot tub, grill and available cabanas. The fitness club is nicely equipped and the gift shop (open seasonally) offers a combination of souvenirs and necessities. There is also Sippin On Sunshine Restaurant and Bar which is open seasonally (see their facebook by searching facebook for Sippin On Sunshine Restaurant and Bar) Recently added amenities are a basketball court, Pickleball court and the Sunset pool is now heated. Attractions on the island include Schlitterban Water Park, the Pleasure Pier and Moody Gardens. On the island you will find boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, sky diving, golfing, dolphin and turtle tours and, of course, a wide selection of restaurants and all the shopping you could ever want.

Because Beachfront Bliss is our family's vacation home, we treat it as a home - not a rental unit. We strive to offer a relaxing, "beachy" atmosphere where forever memories are made. It is fully stocked with everything you would normally need in an oceanfront vacation home.

We are continually investing in upgrades to the condo, which include recent a/c and heating unit, recent stainless steel kitchen appliances, recent tile flooring throughout the condo and patio and, most recently new furniture and all-new custom quartz countertops, backsplashes and fixtures. You will appreciate its comfort and attention to detail. In our Guest Book you will find comments like "perfect", "heaven on earth", "pure bliss", "amazing" and "exceeded our expectations" written by some of our guests. About 50% of our guests are return guests and virtually all our guests tell us they hope to return in the future.

NOTE: We know our guests are concerned about health-related issues these days. Our first-rate cleaning crew is going to extreme measures to ensure that BFB is clean and disinfected from top to bottom for all our guests. This means cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in the condo, including remote controls, patio furniture, door handles, light switches and more. They use only Lysol Wipes and Pine Sol, both of which guarantee 99.9% efficacy.

PLEASE NOTE: The Pointe West Property Owners Association requires that all guests aged 4 and older wear a wristband which will identify the wearer as an approved guest at the resort with full access to all amenities. There is a one-time charge of $25 per wristband.

Also note that the gym and Game room are under construction and won't be available to use until July 2025 or later.
