This was a great stay that accommodated our group well. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to enjoy some great meals together. Plenty of room in the house and the hot tub was great. We recommend parking at the Breckenridge gondola lot if you are heading into town to ski for the day.

Beautiful views

Overall, this property is wonderful for larger groups. We had 3 generations of our family staying together, and there was plenty of room. The location offers a peaceful retreat that is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. We would stay here again.

Fabulous home with all the right amenities. The bunk room and bedroom having to share a bath is the only thing we had to work around. Great place for large groups

Amazing property

Steve has a special place in Breck. We've been coming as a group for our annual ski trip since 2017, and this was by far the best property we've rented. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Everything was very clean - kitchen well stocked and great for cooking. Steve was incredibly kind and communicative during the whole stay. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this property!

Great for a Large Group

We had 14 people for a family reunion and this house worked extremely well for our gathering. We particularly liked the fact we could all spread out when we were not together and that the house had a nice central location next to the village of Breckenridge and the trail network. Host was very accommodating and communicative. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the house has a lot of space around it.

Perfect Property

This property works perfect for a family gathering. Two main living areas, large kitchen, - well stocked, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I can't say anything negative about this property. If you have an extended family gathering, this is the place for you. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Can't go wrong with this property.

The house was perfect tor our family get together. The host was extremely responsive to any issues or questions. We had an 16 month toddler to my 84 yo father and many in between. Hope to use again this summer ..
