Beautiful home for our summer mountain stay with extended family! We especially appreciated the large well-stocked kitchen for shared meals, the convenient location to downtown Breckenridge, the amazing views, and the hot tub. The bunk room slept 6 kids with the trundles pulled out, and the kid cousins had a blast sharing a room together. The fact that most bedrooms are en suite also gave our group of multiple families sufficient space. We loved our stay here!

Pros: Mountain views, floor plan - en-suite bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, communication with owner, condition of home (with notable exceptions), cleanlinessCons: Road noise from highway was very noticeable from the deck, dirty/cloudy primary picture window impacted the view of the mountains from the living room.

We had an amazing time here! The layout of the house was wonderful for our group of 14. It was my husband and I, our three children, their spouses and grand kids. My husband and I loved being on the main floor with all the kiddos downstairs. The kids loved the bunk room and playing downstairs. There was so much room to spread out. We even had one bedroom we didn’t need. The views off the deck were breathtaking. There was enough sitting for 12 on the deck The deck was new and the seating was great quality. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again when in the area.
