Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a lovely time at the house. the space was ample and comfortable and well-equipped. the beach access was easy and the views stunning. Alia was very helpful when the refrigerator acted up. One extra set of sheets would have been nice to have. We appreciated all the beach towels.

the listing says it sleeps 14 but that is misleading. two twin beds in two bedrooms means 4 people in a bedroom. that doesn’t work unless you are sharing with your family

The house was a perfect size and layout for our family of 11.- Three couples and 5 children.The setting was wonderful. The kitchen was fully furnished. Barbeque was very useful when the power went out. We did take advantage of the pool and pickleball court when the storm kept us off the beach.A generator would be useful.

The house exceeded our expectations. The house itself was great and it was so well furnished with more than adequate kitchen supplies -- dishes, silverware, pans, etc. Tons of beach towels and every imaginable water toy you could want. The location was great -- in a nice neighborhood and right on the beach.

The DUDEKs at the Hawaii House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting vacation homes annually for 40 years, when our kids were babies. We've been at Place in Paradise multiple times now, and our Family, now with three married children and three grandchildren, very much look forward to our annual visit. The beach is perfect for the 1, 4 & 6 year-olds, soft sand and gentle waves to frolic in. Each family has a favorite bedroom, and we prepare most meals there, particularly enjoy the BBQ area. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean, and constant trade winds keep us comfortable in the summer.

The house and location were fantastic. Our host made everything very easy. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children had individual and common spaces that made the vacation so much more enjoyable. Walks on the beach were amazing. Mahalo!

Incredible House and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed 5 years of making this home our annual live in vacation home for our family of 11 which includes 5 grandsons. We have seen their “play room” go from being a Lego crazy place to gaming like a frat house!! The house itself has so many wonderful features for a large group including a bathroom suite in each of the bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and the beach our “backyard”. Down the private drive is our own private rec center with tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and a swimming pool. We made use of both the beach location and the rec center. Close by are tons of great stores and places to eat. The property managers have always been fabulous responding to any issues that come up immediately. This house will always be in our hearts when we think of our family’s best moments!

A perfect family trip & visit back home in the Islsnds. Kailua VRBO was a super spot to enjoy paradise. Our Property manager was outstanding.

Great peaceful getaway

We rented the place for a 5 couple retreat to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It had everything we could have asked for and was perfect for us! We really enjoyed being away from the main Waikiki area and would visit again.

The best way to describe the experience was deliberate and thoughtful. From furnishings to beach toys to separate family areas, it was a wonderful experience. Alia was a wonderful and responsive property manager. Even with the rain and weather this house was the perfect mix of large areas and small intimate spots to gather. We will be back next year!

Windy paradise

Amazing location and true Hawaiian vibe

We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion here. The home is comfortable and so accommodating. Even though we had a few glitches, the manager resolved issues very quickly and was attentive to our needs.

This is a great property, absolutely beautiful! It sits on a beautiful, quiet beach. The house is clean and in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed; beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers. It was perfect for our family to include our grandkids. Check in was easy and the management was accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would definitely rent this beach house again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a great get away that accommodates a large family and/or friends.
