Wonderful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean, beautifully designed and well equipped for our multi-generational family vacation. Just steps from the beach on a quiet street and plenty of beds and seating to accommodate a large group. The communication from the management company was excellent and felt that we could really relax once we checked in. We will definitely be back!

The house that we rented I would describe as just "Magical". There were 16 of us in this home, and we loved every minute of it!!!! It was so well equipped; we needed nothing! The kitchen was great; we had fun cooking together!! The beach was literally steps away. The swimming pool was not a traditional pool area; it was like a paradise!

Spacious and well designed with plenty of entertainment areas for our 15 person travel party. We were well supplied with bath towels, beach equipment and kitchen appliances/utensils were all appreciated. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Communication with the host was easy. Many fantastic memories were made here, very deserving of its 5-star rating!

Beautiful home in Kailua neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach for old and young alike. Property management was excellent. Super responsive to our questions and exceeded expectations.

Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family--granddparents, children and grandchildren totaling 16, had a wonderful week in Kailua.The property is beautiful and the entire home and kitchen are well supplied. There are several places to gather for conversation and games. The property fits one standard car in the garage and one standard car and a minivan in the driveway. There are chairs, a beach wagon and snorkels in the garage. The beach is a short walk away. We also spent many hours in the pool. A chef(Angela Gonzalo with That Girl Cooks) delivered two meals, our three daughter-in-laws had massages at Lomilomi Hana Lima Boutique & Spa and 12 of us did an outrigger canoe trip with Simeon with We Go Island. We also had family photos taken by Darcy Fiero. We went to the Sunday and Thursday night farmer markets and got Shave Ice multiple times at Island Snow Hawaii.Just an FYI--The rental is managed by Private Homes of Hawaii and we were required to either give a deposit or buy rental insurance. If your mobility is challenged--there are many steps inside and outside the home with limited handrails or grab bars.

Stunning Kailua Beach home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful home! Well maintained and spacious. We had 16 in our family group and we fit perfectly! Never felt crowded at all. We all enjoyed the property, pool, hot tub and very short walk to the beach. Kalama beach park was just down the beach with lifeguards too. Big refrigerator/freezer was a dream. Air conditioning worked great, we didn’t have any problems except for parking was tight if you have multiple cars. Alia the house host was wonderful! I can’t say enough good things. We had a great time.

Alia our host was awesome, she was quick to respond to any questions we had and any little issues (power outage in the area from wind storm). The amenities could not be beat, we had everything we needed from beach toys, towels, lovely soaps, to every kitchen item you might need and the place is immaculate! So beautiful, the amazing pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it to fully appreciate it. We loved every minute of our stay.

The property is very well maintained and just beautiful. It is in a residential area but feels very private. The Host was exceptional. Very proactive. Communications couldn't have been better. The kitchen is amazing with high end appliances and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable, well maintained, and used several times a day. There were twelve of us and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms/ suites were also amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is possibly the nicest on the island. Very picturesque. We visited many beaches around the island to compare. It's a very short walk from the house and somewhat secluded. Morning walks on the beach were a must. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the little ones. It was a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is a little tight but we put one small car in the garage and were able to easily fit two larger vehicles in the driveway. Overall this property is excellent and exceeded all of our expectations.

We booked this location for a work offsite as we have a small team and like to make our own meals. It was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking stuff we'd need, tons of board games to choose from, and the beach gear was amazing. Between co-working, it was great to be able to either hop in the pool or take a super short walk directly to the beach. The location felt very home-y, would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Access Home

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen and house in general had everything we needed. Great and helpful communication with management. Fantastic location close to the beach and grocery stores.

Paplione place was terrific

The property was gorgeous and filled the needs of our group of 10.Close to the beach, as well as a pool. If you are mobility challenged, this may not be for you, as there are a lot of steps.We loved it! Thank you!

The perfect spot

Our group had such a fun time here. Lots of great places to hang out and the pool area was like having a resort all to ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked and knives were sharp which is a nice surprise for a rental.

Excellent property on Kailua beach!

Lots of ceiling fans and air conditioning in main room make this a very comfortable unit! Would rent this place again!

Amazing Windward Vacation

The pool and hot tub are one of a kind and make you tempted to not walk to one of the world's best beaches only a few hundred feet away. Kailua Beach is fabulous and the house's location could not be better. Town center is only a mile away with everything you need or want there. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for including high end cooking ware, appliances, beach gear, etc. The best endorsement I could give is to say that we will definitely be back soon.

This perfectly supplied, enchanting property allowed our extended family to be together for a destination wedding with room for all of us to prepare and enjoy meals, relax poolside or walk to the gorgeous beach, sleep comfortably in private spaces, and truly enjoy being together!

great vacation rental in Kailua near the beach

My family & I had a wonderful time staying at Diana & Russell's vacation rental. Diana & Russell were great hosts and the rental had every amenity we needed. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a comfortable place steps from the beach in Kailua. Hope to be back next year.
