This 33rd-floor one-of-a-kind Presidential Suite was originally designed as the hotel developer’s residence. Featuring 4 bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queen Beds), 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, TV, Wi-fi, full kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. You will have ample room to sit back and relax. Casually sophisticated and comfortably appointed for business or leisure, you'll find mountain and ocean views enhanced by the rhythms of the city, splendid sunsets, and the pleasure of your surroundings.

-NO DAILY MAID SERVICE IS PROVIDED. This is a vacation rental unit and is not a part of a hotel operation. There will be no towel/linen change. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the 6th and 13th floors.

Everything is fine except the master bathroom shower step is too high for seniors. Also should try to get rid of the mold in the shower.

The view and size of the property was a 5 start hands down. Decks out of all rooms and plenty of space. Close to shopping and the beach. The rest was 4 star and we were happy for what we were looking for which was a large area near UH Manoa for a graduation. Some furniture aged/wall scuffs/some dirty items.

Loved my stay here! It is pricey but worth in my opinion if you have a large group and all want to stay in the same room. There are a ton of bathrooms which is really nice and the place is so spacious with so many balconies! Everything was great, communication and check in was easy. Only complaint is the floors felt a little dirty, but everything else (counters etc) was clean. The location is perfect too since it’s basically attached to the Ala Moana mall which has grocery stores and a lot of great food options.

The home is perfect for a large family. Main entrance key card reader did not work throughout the stay. One bedroom AC unit didn’t work so we had to work around that due to temperature in room. The kitchen is very nice, but the cooking skillets need to be replaced. We ended up buying some items to prepare meals easier. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer. For the cost I would say a lot of these things should be addressed. You can’t beat the views and the hotel amenities.

This property needs work. Some things are unfinished and not working. If you say that it can accommodate 10 ppl then you should have enough cups, forks and stuff for 10 ppl. Forks are bent, plates are chipped. The beverage fridge was broken no big deal but I had to report all the broken items so I didn’t get charged. Coffee maker had a missing lid that I had to dig out of the dishwasher, The ceiling above the stove was leaking. I was cooking breakfast and I felt water dripping on me. The main suite the tub had no plug. We had to pull it from another bathroom. The guest bathroom had a moldy shower curtain so that needed to be replaced asap. Furniture is dated but it’s functional. The apartment is functional at best but be aware that all things do not work.

Beautiful space with an amazing view. The host responded quickly and helped us to get an early check-in to accommodate an early flight. Being right next to the mall saved us having to drive out as often for trips to foodland/ABC. Worth it if coming with a large group of family or friends.

Great Place!

We had a great time in Honolulu! The suite was wonderful! It was very clean and had everything. It was close to everything which was very nice.The views out the different patios were beautiful.

Great Stay

Awesome location and property

Right next to Ala Moana, this property has a great location and wonderful view. Very spacious and ideal for large groups. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Family Party Time

Stay was great, location was excellent, for the nine of us it was very comfortable not crowded at all. View was incredible! Would definitely stay there again.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at, and perfect for the size of the group we had. A lot of space for everyone, and the views and location are unmatched! Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a group and would highly recommend.

Great location for a family gathering!

Gorgeous views, super comfortable dining and lounging space for a big group (we were 10 adults and two pre-schoolers), well-equipped kitchen, plenty of nicely appointed bathrooms, and great location - we loved the pool, shops, spa, restaurants, and the Ala Moana Park and Beach nearby.

Fantastic place

This was an excellent place for our large family group. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was great with a huge refrigerator and huge freezer. The location, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center was really helpful.

Very big family friendly place!

It was great time to stay with my whole family(11people). Very comfortable staying! Really nice view from the any rooms and convenient location connected directly with shopping mall. It made soooo great my Thanksgiving vacation.

Family Holiday

This condo was very spacious and a great size for our family. It has beautiful views of the ocean. Clean and well equipped with kitchen & bathroom accessories. Plus, convenient to lots of shopping. I would stay here again.
