Cozy 2 bedroom house with attached garage that is perfect for tournament or weekend anglers, or someone just looking to get away and relax. Only minutes from Eufuala Cove Marina, boat ramp, swimming areas, Jelly Stone Park, or down town. The attached garage offers covered, lockable storage with power outlets for your boat when you are not on the water. Both tournament and weekend anglers can have peace of mind knowing that their boat and gear can be securely stowed at night or when they are visiting town. After a successful day on the water, you can relax in the living room or on the back porch. A kitchen complete with gas range, microwave, and fridge allows the ability to cook your own meals if you desire.

Two bedrooms with 2 full size beds, 3 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa allows you to comfortably sleep up to 9 people. Location can comfortably accommodate two tournament teams.

If you are in town for the 4th of July holiday, you can enjoy the annual fireworks display from the front yard.

The stay was very nice, lots of beds and blankets and spare towels. Good working kitchen appliances and a lovely porch swing. It’s also in a great location and I overall had a great stay.

Garage door broken. House was extremely hot. It took several hours for the 2 mini splits to cool the house down. After being hot on the lake the ac not being efficient is the last thing you want. The house is very old an has a musty odor. There are no blinds or curtains in the sun room which views into the living room. Anyone can see into the house at night. Master bedroom had no blinds or curtains. Major privacy issue. An the sun was coming in at 630am. Beds are probably the worst I have ever slept in. We would have been better off to have brought air mattresses. If your looking for a place to stay in eufaula the only perk to this place was it has room to park the boat an isn't terribly far from extreme marina. Other than that it would be more worth the money at 250 a night to spend a little extra an stay somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your honest feedback. This is the only way that we can get better. We just had the AC in the main room serviced last weekend and it had been keeping up. This is the first complaint we have had about no curtains in the sun room. Not sure what to say about no curtains in the master bedroom as we have darkening shades in both rooms - unless they have been removed. We know that the garage door opener is broken and are trying to get a repair scheduled for it. As for the house being old, you are correct - it was built in 1949 and is on pier and beams.

Have stayed here in the past on hunting trips. Great location if you want to be near the lake while also being in town near stores and restaurants.

It was a perfect house to stay at. We did our son’s birthday party in town at Yogi Bears, plenty of room for his friends to sleep over.

Awesome Little Getaway!

Great place to stay for all lake activities! Location is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with plenty of parking for the tiys. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful when we had to checkout early due to an emergency. Would definitely stay here again.

Cottage Feel near the lake

Had a wonderful time at the rental with my significant other and children. Very relaxing. Had everything we needed and was close to town and lake. Will stay again!

Perfect little place

The house was clean had plenty of parking. We enjoyed our week away from everyday life. Great quiet little neighborhood not far from anything. Definitely would rent this place again.
