· The ground floor is designed for common enjoyment. You have at your disposal a large lounge-cellar with a fireplace of approximately 40 m2 and another fully prepared kitchen with fridge, hob, oven and all the necessary utensils to delight your friends and family. Nor is the courtesy bathroom on the ground floor missing. It has a patio of 110 m2, where there is a porch, barbecue and outdoor pool where you can enjoy a relaxing bath.
