Overall Pleased

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is perfect. You are within decent driving distance to Traverse and Mackinac and all surrounding cities. We had enough space for everyone to sleep and we were a group of 16. The common area was a bit tight to fit everyone in our group, and wish we had enough seats for everyone. It would be a great idea to store extra folding chairs to fit the up to 20 ppl as advertised. Some kitchen appliances did not work (but we were ok without), and some tvs did not have cable so unless you had a streaming account you couldn't really use the TV to watch anything. It could use a little upgrade, but overall I would definitely still recommend the property. We enjoyed ourselves, and the property management contact was very responsive when we did reach out.

Thank you for taking the time to share such helpful feedback. We’re glad to hear the location worked so well for your group and gave you convenient access to Traverse City, Mackinac, and the surrounding Northern Michigan areas. It’s great to know the property provided enough sleeping space for your group of 16 and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We’re also happy to hear our property management contact was responsive when you reached out. We appreciate your note about the common area seating. For larger groups, having enough comfortable seating for everyone is important, and your suggestion about adding extra folding chairs is a helpful one that we’ll share with the appropriate team. Thank you as well for mentioning the kitchen appliances and TVs. Even if those items did not prevent you from enjoying your stay, they are details that should be reviewed so future guests have a smoother experience. We’ll share that feedback with maintenance and ownership for review. We also appreciate your honest comment that the property could use a few upgrades. Thank you for recognizing the positives while also letting us know where improvements could be made. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are glad your group enjoyed yourselves. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
