Beautiful Beach Escape <br>1 block from the beach
Welcome to your beach home-away-from-home! This shore house has been renovated and includes modern upgrades along with a few personal touches. Our family loves spending time here because we are a block away from the beach, about a 5 minute drive to the local ACME super market and about a 10 minute car ride to the beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. We have great neighbors and are located in a safe neighborhood.
Our beach home features hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the two smaller bedrooms and hardwood in our master bedroom. We have 1 king size and 2 queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom offers standing shower and outdoor shower too. Our kitchen is fully loaded with cooking and dining instruments including pots, pans, and cutlery. We have a dining room table in the kitchen, there is also bistro style seating at the counter. We have a mudroom with washer and dryer for tenants to use. The porch is perfect for hanging out with your family, grilling and relaxing after a long "bay day" or beach day. An enclosed outside shower makes cleaning off sand a breeze. There is off street parking. No meters are in the streets and parking permits are not required.
We Do Not provide sheets, towels, pillows, or beach towels. Please bring your own or rent them from local vendors. We can provide you with contacts for rental agencies and also bed sizes.
****NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.****
Cleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to checking in. We must make sure the home is clean for the next guests, thank you for understanding. There is a refundable $500.00 damage deposit for this rental and it will not be waived under any circumstances. Damage deposits are returned 1 week after checkout date provided our home is left in good/no extra cleaning condition. Inspections will be performed after tenants vacate the premises by property manager and cleaning company. Any additional cleaning will result in a deduction from your security deposit.
**In the event of damages, ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED, no matter how small/large. We ask you respect our home and leave it as you have found it. Please sanitize and wipe down all of the bathrooms and common areas. Tenants must wash all dishes, put away plates and dish-ware, empty trash and refrigerator upon checkout. Failure to maintain these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

This was our family's 5th trip to North Cape May - 2 times with our dog & 3 times without a pet. If you're not traveling with a pet, this house is perfect for a beach getaway. From the layout to the decor to the proximity to the beach, it was everything our family needed. Communication with the hosts was timely & cordial, and Chrissy went out of her way to accommodate a last-minute request. We definitely would like to stay there again!

Nice location and spacious property as advertised. Internet was down but service was restored in 24 hours. AC never really got up to temp so maybe needs servicing. Property was clean but rugs need a shampoo. Pleasant stay, no serious issues.

Absolutely loved this home! Perfect location, short walk to the bay beach and a quick drive to the ocean beach. My family enjoyed every day. We will definitely return!

So nice we’ve booked it twice
Perfect spot for my family. Makes getting to and from the beach a breeze, which if crucial when you have two little ones that need snacks, potty breaks, and naps.

Great house. Perfect for a family stay. Bay beach is very convenient. Clean and comfortable. Host communication was great. Definitely would recommend. We look forward to next year's trip.

Beautiful and peaceful stay
Quiet neighborhood. Very clean property just as described. Short walk to the water. Perfect place to bring our baby to the beach for the first time!

Just Perfect!
The house was lovely, clean, well-maintained and in a great location. The sunsets on the bay were amazing! Conveniently close to the city of Cape May. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!

The perfect setup for our young kids with access to the bay (less crowded and smaller waves) and short drive to town. We love coming back each year and the host makes everything easy. Looking forward to summer 2025!

Beach Stay
My family wanted a quiet getaway at a beach and we found that here. The location was very close to the beach and we walked with our chairs and blankets in tow each night to see the sunset. All the tools we needed to cook outside and cook inside were provided. My family and I appreciated the home for our few days there. The hosts were helpful and called us the night before to give us the details to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Just Perfect!
Our family enjoyed this property very much. The house was clean and enough space for 6 adults. The proximity to the bay beach was great & we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. Away from all the Cape May hustle but close enough if you felt the need to go and explore. We visited all the local wineries and had dinner at Willow Creek which was pricey but great. Already booked for next year! We can't wait! Thank you for sharing your home.

Can't beat the location and quiet beach
This was a great stay. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood with very close access to a quiet, beautiful beach at Delaware Bay and within driving distance of everything else our family wanted. Only issues keeping it from 5 stars were some ants on the property, some stains on the rugs/carpets, and the low quality paper products provided. We knew heading into the trip that we were required to bring our own towels and sheets, but that was a slight burden when packing. We loved the easy beach access, the shed full of everything we needed for the beach, and the outdoor shower to clean up and keep the sand out of the house. The hardwood areas of the house were very nice, and it was great having two bathrooms. Truly a perfect location for our family vacation.
