Nice property in good location

Overall very pleased with our stay. Good location within walking distance to pier/boardwalk and some restaurants/shops. Was a small space but functional.

Convenient area with beautiful view

No issues with property rental. Everything went as planned. Great communication with/from property manager. Had everything we needed. The bed was extra comfortable!

The Palms - Great location

Great location! Very clean! Owner was very pleasant and answered the call to any questions we had. Will definitely rent this room again. Pool and grounds was what we was looking for. The Palms Staff was very helpful and maintenance was always on the grounds cleaning, painting and any other small maintenance that made the facility look great.

we were in unite 1405 for the entire month of Feb. the condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The property was well maintained. The view we had to the ocean was beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and indoor pool almost every day..Tom used the exercise room on a regular basis and found it to be substantial. Brian was very hospitable and easy to communicate with alway very accommodating. In all we were very pleased and will return.

Romantic getaway .....

The View was very nice .... but could not see much to our left building was blocking view. The King bed was very comfortable. Was very upset that the pools were closed ..... it didn’t state that when I booked online. So therefore the Rate was too high.

Palms stay.

It was a little pricey for no more than was there. Good view. Elevators kept going down and had to be fixes at least 3 times that we know of. The condo wasn't the cleanest. But overall not real bad.

Our week in Myrtle beach

Overall it was a great experience. We did have a minor incident with getting stuck in the elevator for 15 to 20 minutes. It was fixed fairly quickly. Only other issue was at this morning when we went to leave very early, all of the carts were missing and no one was checking out. We enjoyed the condo and property but a suggestion, pool and hot tub should be open until 10:00.

Winter in Myrtle Beach

Recently retired, we decided to give winter in Myrtle Beach a try. The nicest part was the balcony in the morning. Usually the wind was calm and when the sun rise was high enough to shine on the balcony, you could sit comfortably without a jacket, soaking up the sun. The condo was comfortable and clean. They have a laundry room on the mezzanine level that you can load an app on your phone and eliminate the need for quarters. Just a few minor issues we found. We never reported them as an issue to the management group. Some of the electric outlets are wired to only work with the wall switch. It took a day or two to figure out if the top or the bottom of the outlet always had power to recharge devices. Another was the round cooking pan was warped at the bottom and should be replaced. The bed is comfortable. It has a foam top, so this is a personal preference for many. Overall I would recommend the condo for two adults and we enjoyed our stay.

A Disaster!

We have stayed at small beach fronts before, it's just our style. This time was aweful. The condo itself is nice with clever little touchs for convenience. HOWEVER, it wasn't too long before we noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Long red hair strands everywhere along with pubic hair. It was late, we needed to go to the store anyways. We picked up Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We go to turn in for the night and neither of the 2 TV's are working. We turn down the bed and there is more hair everywhere! It is then that we notice crumbs in front of the kitchen sink. Our conclusion is . . this condo hasn't been cleaned for at least a week. Our convo with the owner or property manager is that he was just there and all was as it should be. : ( We left after the first nite wasting 682.00. My advice is get insurance with these places cuz there's no guarantees.

Not What We Expected

My wife and I have been traveling to the Myrtle Beach area since 2015. Every time we stayed at a different establishment to get a greater feel for the community as future investors. We arrived at this particular property and the first thing I did was looked at the property thoroughly. Aside from cups, plates, and other utensils, the unit did not have any pots or pans to cook. We did not feel a sense of safety as there are no security cameras on the property. Forget about accessing the pool or exercise room, guests do not have access. There were four days when there was no hot water to shower. We found the tub to be clogged and needed cleaning. Lastly, the microwave handle appeared to have been previously damaged, not repaired, and was charged a fee. There are better accommodations provided by other resorts in the area. Do your due diligence.

Wow .. my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We were more than satisfied. Only bummer was that we couldn’t find a local pizza shop to deliver. We are going back next year!!
