Jackie was fantastic!! We had a couple of questions when we got there and she responded to us in minutes. The house was spotless and check in was super easy! This is the 2nd time we stayed here and would recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

We stayed here for a 3 day fishing trip out of Oswego harbor. It was conveniently located and a great place to stay, with plenty of room for the 8 of us.

The space was better than expected. The home had everything you thought you forgot to pack and even things you never thought to bring! It was very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the decor theme. The beds were super comfy and the space was great for large group to spread out. It had a very family-friendly feel. We cooked most of our meals here during a 5-night stay with no problems. While we were a little disappointed not to have closer public access to Lake Ontario, that wasn't certainly the fault of the host. We stayed during a big hot spell (up around/over 90 most days) and the 2 window ACs in the unit struggled to keep things cool, but we managed. Of note, due to the close proximity of so many marshes and wetlands, be SURE to pack lots of bug spray - you will definitely need it!!Overall a great place to stay, far enough away to be remote, but close enough drive to find lots to do. My family and I recommend!

Wonderful cabin! Quaint, cute, and tastefully decorated. Our host was very very responsive and kind. Remote location. No central air conditioning, but there are window units. Overall excellent family vacation!!!

Perfect for a family getaway

We had 5 adults and 3 teens and we were all comfortable. There was plenty to do in the house for when it rained and plenty to do around the area when the weather was nice, so many parks and fishing opportunities. The kitchen is great and had everything I needed for cooking!!

Adorable and cozy log cabin!!

This is our second time back and we all had another wonderful weekend at this property! The log cabin gives a wonderful and cozy feel for family to be together creating memories. We all enjoyed our time there and the new additions in the basement made it very fun for the kids too!! An amazing time!!!

Family Time

My four sons and I stayed at Jackie's Place for the weekend. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed for the weekend. We will definitely return for another great fishing adventure next year. Thank you Jackie.

Amazing Cabin Getaway!!

My family had the best time at this adorable cozy cabin! We happened to be there for a snowstorm and it couldn't have been a better place to be! The wood burning stove made it so comforting to come into after a walk in the nearby trails. Jacki goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay and is very responsive to any questions you may have. We made such wondeful family memories and would love to go back again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Truly Cabinesque

We enjoyed the homey cabin feeling and ambiance. Very roomy. Felt that the furniture was a little janky. It was very warm during our stay and the limited air conditioning (two window units) was not able to keep up. Was very uncomfortable at night.

Family vacation

The house was very nice. It rained the day we arrived but the kids didn’t care because of all the games, which was great. The record player was also a nice touch. The host was very responsive with any communications. We tried many of the recommended places to eat/things to do in the area and were not disappointed by any of the suggestions. Overall it was a great experience.

Nice experience

This cabin is a lot bigger than we thought, which is a good thing due to the rain when we stayed. There is plenty to do if you bring kids with you. We very much enjoyed the yard Yahtzee. The coffee bar is fantastic. There were a lot of birds in the area, there was also a cardinal complete with babies in the bush right next to the dining room window which gave a nice morning call. It was clean and "move in ready"when we got there.

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues that diminished our enjoyment. The mattress is one of the rooms was quite worn/stained. The firepit outside appeared in disarray. The deck on second floor had no furniture ans shown in the photos and a really really bright light couldn’t star gaze at all.
