3 bedrooms downstairs with large loft area upstairs with 5 twin beds. Roku TV upstairs and down. Video game hook ups on both TV's. Free Wi-Fi. One full bath on main floor. Two additional showers and 2 toilets downstairs, with outside entrance. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs. All bed and bath linens provided. Outside patio with patio furniture and gas grill provided.

Basement now also has 2 additional showers and 2 additional toilets and coin operated laundry. Outside entrance for those.

We are now on public water!!
There are also 2 additional smaller houses on property. Inquire for details.

A wonderful stay

Relaxing and restful

We had a great experience! Sis and Larry are extremely helpful and accommodating. The house is perfect for our family and extended family. Watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves was exactly what we all needed. We will definitely be back!

family get-together

Perfect spot with kids - playground on premises and beach a short drive away. Kids loved the loft for sleeping, and did not want to leave on Sunday. Nice grill and patio and clean lovely bathroom. Listing was a little off, idk if that was vrbo's fault. Pricing was incorrect (not by a lot) and the application requested different info than was needed. this was easily straightened out with the very responsive owner, however. We'd book again/1

Solar Eclipse 2024

Our family got together to watch the eclipse. There were 22 of us total, we rented all three houses in the property. The main house was the gathering point and very spacious. Lots of space and seating, open area for the kids to play. It never felt crowded. The kitchens were well stocked. We utilized the grill, patio area and fire pits daily. There is a nice play structure and sand pile for the kids. We brought sand toys of our own but there was a bin full of kids toys which we used as well. Kids also played basketball and tennis. The extra showers and bathroom downstairs were a plus and both were utilized. Sis is a great host, her only rule for us was to relax and have fun. It was the perfect property for a large group and our family get together.

Our Stay

the only thing i would recommend is the outsidelights on grounds shine in windows all nite. Also, kleenex and garbage cans in bedrooms would be good.

Fishing/Golfing

Better than anticipated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was bigger than expected. The extra toilets and showers downstairs were a plus for our large group. Beautiful view of the lake. Quiet private road. We were pleasantly surprised to have a deck, ample outside seating and fire pit which we took advantage of. “Sis” was a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. And yes, Sis, we did have fun! 😁 I highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family from our little nieces to Grandma and Grandpa! Great accommodation for our trip to see my daughter graduate from SUNY Oswego! Totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Place

Nice play to stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well stocked. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Will definitely keep this property on my short list the next time I charter a fishing trip on the lake.

Lake Ontario mini-vacation

Liz made the experience very easy. The rental property was perfect for three families enjoying holiday time together. The view was beautiful and the house had everything we needed.

Property was beautiful and spacious! Everything you need is there. So conveniently located as we were there for a wedding right down the road. Quiet neighbors and beautiful views. We felt at home and the property owner was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!

Worked out well for our growing family.

This was a little more space than the 8 of us needed- 7 adults and one 3 month old infant- and yet it worked well to have a little flexibility. My husband recently had knee replacement, so the step up into the house was a little higher but he could get in and out. With a little spotting, it worked for him to use the downstairs walk-in shower, easier than stepping up and over tub would have been. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Place and Host!

I rented this place for my fiancé and some of his friends. They went golfing and did a fishing charter in the area. When they came home they all had such good things to say about the house. The location was perfect, it had enough room for everyone and they had everything as described. Each of the guys mentioned they would totally stay again! We might need to book another (and longer!) trip here! Also, we left behind a pillow and Elizabeth was absolutely outstanding to work with! So generous and kind!

I grew up in Pulaski and absolutely love this area. I was a middle school teacher for 30 years in Mexico, NY and retired in 2020. I manage 5 rental properties full time now and enjoy every minute! I love meeting new people and making my guests feel at home.

This house is located across the road from Lake Ontario and has water access rights. My husband and I have lived on the same road about 200 yards away for 40 years. When the opportunity came up to buy this property in 2007, we did!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

You will love this house! Take your morning walk around South Sandy Pond, drink your coffee while the sun is coming up, play tennis whenever you wish, play basketball on the court at your leisure, also fish, fish, fish etc, etc . There is also a playset and sand pile on site for young children to enjoy. This house is located across the street from Lake Ontario, but has Lake access rights about 300 yards away. We are also now on public water.
