Rustic Riverside Charm and Exclusive Fishing Access!

Location. Is. Everything!



Wake up and eat breakfast on the Patio with a view of the Pulaski lighthouse or curl up with a fire.



The house is right on the Salmon River 'Estuary Hole' (guests have EXCLUSIVE access to fish from the bank in front of the property - anyone else needs a boat!), just a few minutes drive from Snowmobile trails in Winter (with enough Snow you can Ride directly to S52C) and a 5 minute walk from the beach in the Summer.



It's a perfect getaway year round!



Our delightful riverfront estuary cottage is a step back in time to the 1960's but with wifi, smart tv and all the modern amenities.



On one side you have direct and private river access that you can fish from the bank, and there is beach access just a 5 minute walk around the point with breathtaking lake views.



The cabin is a cute little building with a cozy living room, interior patio, small dining room and 3 little bedrooms, plus a reading nook. There is a separate Laundry Room and Kitchen. Outside there is a good sized yard and two patios, one with a gas grill. You can even drink your morning coffee with a view of the marina and lighthouse.



The main bathroom is downstairs the other side of the kitchen, there is a half bath at the top of the stairs.



You'll need a car or bike to get around.



You can reach Joe by phone almost any time for any issues. If you have any special requests, let us now ahead of time and we will do our best to make them happen!



Right on the 'Estuary Hole' for those Salmon fisherman, Pine grove is a wonderful little community. Mere steps from the Beach and on the river, you have numerous trails nearby including Snowmobile trails just minutes way.



You really don't have to go far to access everything the area has to offer. Only 3 miles from the village of Pulaski with all the usual Amenities, you have a plethora of fishing spots, launch spots and hikes at your fingertips.



You will need a vehicle!



No cleats or waders inside the house, hanging rails are provided in the mudroom.

So many little thoughtful extras (snacks, water jug, toiletries, etc). The house was very clean, it has everything you need, and the neighborhood/area is wonderful. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay. You can sit right on the dock that’s on the lake, the house is also close to the beach so you can walk there. There were some extras like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash provided. Linens, toilet paper, and paper towels are there. The shower is amazing!! It would have been awesome if the back was fenced in for our dogs, but we made do. Relaxing and beautiful.

This place is nothing short of amazing, beautiful scenery with a gracious host who has thought of EVERYTHING! Well worth the price for fishing and beachfront views. Very responsive host with excellent communication!

Amazing

We had an amazing time staying at Joe's cottage. It was very clean, quiet and the perfect spot for our family. My son didnt want to leave! He caught some good size fish right off the dock! We definitely want to come back!

River Stay

We so enjoyed our stay at this location. The views were amazing. Lots to do and see in the area too. We were so close to where we needed to go. The place was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Our host was very kind and helpful. Our dog so appreciated the place too!

Great spot for a getaway!

Great getaway, close to it all! Fishing orientated lake house, separate bait/catch fridge, private dock for a boat, and super close to a sandy beach! Gorgeous views all around. Everything your family could need. Updated bath, A/C in every room, updated kitchen, gas stove, water cooler, easy parking, and a cute back yard for hang outs. Locals were very friendly and helpful. A taste of the good life, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to again!mr

Steelhead 2024

Second time we've stayed, and the house and location were appreciated all over again. Sitting on the estuary in November on the new dock was very peaceful, we all enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Quiet and beautiful

As two adults looking for a quiet visit this was perfect. We enjoyed the peace in the evenings by the river. We stopped at a farm store and purchased some local wine and sat on the front patio to enjoy the river and sunset. We also enjoyed exploring the area, beautiful farm land all around and views of the Great lake were easy to find. We would love to come back again

Livin' the dream

We all had an exceptional time at this location...and the location is superb! We found the Pine Grove community to be friendly and helpful to local dining and sightseeing recommendations, but most enjoyed sitting on the front patio overlooking the awesome river view. Would highly recommend this house as the pefect get away, even if the weather interrupts a planned charter trip on the Lake!

Great Stay

The place was just as described and loved the location that you could walk to the beach area - the weather was not ideal but we still had fun. The upstairs was rather warm but the downstairs was perfect temp. My only suggestion is to mark the designated parking spot - we really weren't sure where to park and not a lot of room to back up and turn around but otherwise everything was perfect.

As good as being home

Everything was ready for us and we didn't need anything other than food and our own creature comforts from home. My kids and grandkids had so much fun. They swam in the lake and fished in the river. It was a great time for my family to get together and spend some time with my father on his birthday. Thank you so much!
